Enhanced Email Template Creation in YoroCRM and YoroConnect

We’ve revamped the email template creation interface in YoroCRM and YoroConnect to make it more intuitive and user-friendly. Now, you can customize button widths to perfectly fit your needs and easily align headings with improved controls. Plus, you can effortlessly add links to your templates, making your emails more engaging and interactive. 

These updates aim to give you more control and simplify your workflow when crafting email templates.  

WhatsApp Campaign Templates Are Here

We’ve just rolled out a handy new option in YoroCRM and YoroConnect—users can now select pre-approved templates for their WhatsApp campaigns! These templates come in a read-only format, so you’re good to go without needing edits. 

Want to add your own twist? No problem. Just drop your custom content into the text box and you’re all set to send. It’s that simple. 

Reply to Emails, SMS, and Calls Right from the Notification Center

We’ve made it easier than ever to respond on the fly! Now, when you get new notifications—whether it’s email, SMS, or calls—you can jump straight into the reply dialog right from the notification center. 

No extra clicks, no searching through menus. Just quick access to keep your conversations moving smoothly. Whether you’re handling emails, texting, or returning calls, staying on top of communication has never been this seamless. 

New Metrics Feature and Enhanced Activation Status in YoroAI Chatbot

We’ve added an exciting new Metrics feature that gives chatbot owners valuable insights, including Average Session Time, Average Response Time, and Average Message Count. You can also filter these metrics day-by-day to track performance over time. 

Additionally, the Activation Status section now clearly shows whether your files or URLs have been successfully embedded, or if any have failed. Plus, you don’t have to wait for the entire embedding process to finish — you can start using the Chatbot assistance feature as soon as at least one file or URL is embedded. 

These updates help you monitor and manage your chatbot experience more effectively than ever before.  

We’ve also added a robust Tracking feature under the Manage Organization section in Yoro Admin for better oversight of your YoroAI Chatbot activity. 

In the Usage Quota tab, admins can now set custom usage limits—per minute, hour, or day—for each category. Whether you’re managing API calls or message counts, you’re in full control. 

Over in the Usage Tracking tab, you’ll find clear insights like current usage, monthly limits, percentage used, what’s remaining, and overall status for each category. 

It’s all about giving chatbot owners the tools they need to monitor usage smartly and stay within limits—without guesswork. 

Add Task Through AI

Our latest update in project board lets users add tasks automatically using AI-driven prompts. Just provide a prompt, and the AI will suggest all the relevant tasks you need—ready for you to customize as you like. 

Plus, users can easily map the tasks to their form fields for seamless project management. This feature not only saves time but also ensures nothing important slips through the cracks, helping you stay organized and on track effortlessly. 

Multi-Task Move & Copy Just Got Easier on Project Boards

Managing your tasks just got a whole lot smoother! In the project board’s list view, users can now select multiple tasks at once and move or copy them to another board with ease. 

It’s a simple, time-saving way to reorganize your workflow without the hassle of handling tasks one by one. More flexibility, less manual work—just the way we like it. 

Smarter Tracking in Form-Based Reports

We’ve added Assignee and Team fields to form-based and chart reports—so now it’s even easier to track who’s handling what and spot pending tasks with better accuracy. Also, users can customize the display name of the column. No more guesswork—just clear, organized insights to help your team stay on top of things.
