Smart Mentions in Document Management
We’ve made referencing tasks and collaborating within documents much easier. Now, when users type # followed by a task name, a list of matching tasks will appear after just a few letters. Selecting a task creates a clickable link, so you can jump directly to that task without leaving the document.
Collaboration doesn’t stop there—users can also use @ to mention teammates anywhere in the document. This ensures the right people are notified instantly and can take action without missing a beat.
These enhancements make documents more than just static files—they become interactive workspaces where tasks and team communication are seamlessly connected. Whether you’re reviewing progress, assigning responsibilities, or keeping stakeholders in the loop, these updates streamline your workflow and save valuable time.
Custom Panels in Document Management
We’ve introduced a new way to organize and highlight content in Document Management with custom panels. Users can now add panels separately within a document and label them as Info, Note, Success, Warning, Error, or Custom, making important information easier to spot at a glance.
For Custom panels, users can also choose different colors to visually differentiate content and match their workflow or documentation style. This is especially useful for drawing attention to critical updates, action items, or key notes without cluttering the document.
With this enhancement, documents become more structured, more readable, and far more effective for collaboration. Whether you’re sharing instructions, updates, or approvals, custom panels help ensure the right message stands out exactly where it matters.
Instant Content Translation in Document Management
We’ve made it easier to collaborate across languages. With our latest update in Document Management, users can now select any part of the content and instantly translate it into the language they need—right within the document.
This feature eliminates the need for external translation tools and helps teams understand and share information faster. Whether you’re working with global teams, reviewing multilingual documents, or sharing updates with international stakeholders, translation is now just a few clicks away.
By keeping everything in one place, this enhancement improves clarity, reduces miscommunication, and makes document collaboration truly borderless.
Engage Directly from YoroCRM Social Media Management
Interacting with your social media audience just got a whole lot easier. With our latest update, users can now add comments and reactions directly from the YoroCRM Social Media Management page. There’s no need to switch between platforms—view comments, reply to them, and keep the conversation going all in one place.
Users can also express themselves with reactions, whether it’s a like, dislike, or a fun emoji, making engagement more interactive and timely. This update helps teams stay on top of social interactions, respond faster, and manage multiple social accounts efficiently—without ever leaving YoroCRM.
AI-Powered Multi-Page Form Creation
Creating complex forms is now faster and more intuitive with our latest enhancement in Yoroflow. Users can now build multi-page forms using AI, making form creation smarter and more flexible than ever. When the multi-page option is enabled, AI automatically generates relevant fields and organizes them across multiple pages—eliminating repetitive manual work.
Users can add a prompt to describe the form fields they need, and AI will create them accordingly. Alternatively, they can simply upload an image, and AI will analyze it to generate the required form fields based on the content. Once the form is created, users remain in full control—they can edit, add, or delete pages, as well as move fields between pages to structure the form exactly the way they want.
This enhancement is ideal for onboarding forms, applications, surveys, and approval workflows. By turning prompts and images into fully structured, multi-page forms, Yoroflow helps teams move from idea to execution faster—without sacrificing flexibility or control.
Column Customization in Digital Workplace
We’ve made the My Tasks tab more flexible and easier to work with. With our latest enhancement, users can now customize the columns displayed in the My Tasks view to match the way they work. You can choose which columns to show or hide and simply drag and drop columns to rearrange them in the order that makes the most sense to you.
In addition, users can also manage their My Task fields directly from the Persistence Table configuration. This gives teams greater control over what task information is captured and displayed across the system, ensuring consistency while still allowing personalization.
Together, these updates help reduce clutter, improve visibility, and make task tracking more efficient. By letting users tailor their task view, the My Tasks tab becomes a more focused, productivity-driven workspace built around individual needs.
Organized Workflow Controls
We’ve made building workflows in Yoroflow even easier. With our latest enhancement, workflow controls are now neatly categorized within the workflow management interface. Similar controls are grouped under the same category, making them easier to find and use while designing workflows.
Users can now expand or collapse categories to view all the nodes under a specific group, helping keep the workspace clean and focused. In addition, a filter option allows users to quickly view only the categories they need, reducing distractions and speeding up workflow creation.
This improved organization minimizes visual clutter and removes the guesswork from workflow design. Whether you’re building a simple approval process or a complex automation, these updates help you move faster, stay organized, and design workflows with confidence.
Enhanced Loop Node Functionality in Yoroflow
We’ve enhanced the Loop Node in Yoroflow to make task mapping more flexible and powerful. Users can now map various tasks, including Start Task, User Task, AI Task, and more, using JSON format. This allows for precise control over how tasks are processed within loops.
Not only can users map individual fields, but they can also map entire arrays in JSON, enabling bulk handling of data and more complex workflow scenarios. This makes automating repetitive or structured processes easier than ever, while maintaining accuracy and consistency across tasks.
With this enhancement, teams can streamline workflow automation, reduce manual effort, and build sophisticated processes that adapt to dynamic data—making Yoroflow an even more powerful tool for modern business operations.
These Yoroflow enhancements empower teams to automate processes, streamline task management, and collaborate seamlessly, all within a single, intuitive platform.
