Explore the Latest Upgrades to Your Workspace

Pause Node

We’re excited to announce a new enhancement to our workflow controls—the Pause Node. This feature allows users to temporarily pause the workflow for a specified duration whenever needed, enabling greater flexibility in managing time-sensitive processes. 

To use the Pause Node, follow the steps outlined in the accompanying NOTE section. Start by launching the start task to generate the workflow instance ID. Copy this ID and paste it into the provided URL using Postman. Enter a sample input and define the timeout interval. 

If the workflow is resumed within the specified time, the intended task will be triggered. If no action occurs within the timeout period, an alternate task will automatically be executed. Additionally, users can map keys from the Pause Node to subsequent tasks in the workflow for seamless data flow. 

This update empowers teams with more control over task timing and execution. 

Error payload in Webservice

In our latest enhancement, we’ve added support for mapping errors in JSON payloads. Previously, users could only map data from successful payloads. With this update, you can now capture and map error responses as well, giving you greater visibility and control over failed executions. 

Enhanced Contact Insights in YoroCRM

We’ve made an exciting update to Contact Management in YoroCRM, adding deeper insights to help users better understand their interactions with each contact. 

With this enhancement, users can now view detailed metrics such as the number of incoming calls, outgoing calls, SMS messages, Emails and meetings associated with a contact. This provides a more comprehensive view of communication history and engagement levels. 

Additionally, users can customize their view by selecting the specific columns they want to display, allowing for a more tailored and informative contact overview. This update makes it easier to track touchpoints and manage relationships more effectively. 

Enhanced float chat

We’re excited to introduce a powerful enhancement to the Float Chat—a built-in Notification Center that allows users to seamlessly manage communications through SMS, WhatsApp, Email, and Calls. 

Notifications are triggered only when the contact has a valid phone number and the task is assigned to a user, ensuring messages are relevant and actionable. Once triggered, users will receive real-time notifications within the Float Chat panel. 

From here, users can click on a notification to view the associated task and even reply to messages directly within the chat interface, streamlining communication and improving task visibility—all without switching screens. 

This update enhances productivity by centralizing task updates and communication in one place. 

With these new features, managing your work just got easier and more effective. Whether it’s pausing workflows, tracking errors, viewing detailed contact activity, or handling messages in one place—each update is built to help you save time and stay organized.
