Discover the New Capabilities in Yoroflow's Latest Release
Missed Call Logs in YoroDesk
Missed call logs are now available in YoroDesk, helping the team stay up-to-date on missed call histories. When a call is missed, it’s recorded in the most recent ticket associated with the contact. The call history can be viewed under the contact’s Activities and routed directly to a task or board from there. If no ticket exists for the contact, the call log will be added to the task associated with the contact in the Campaign or Deal board in YoroCRM.
Application Category
In Yoroproject, Workflow, and Digital Workplace, a new Application Category option has been added under the Administration tab. Admins can create as many Application Categories as needed. Team members can then create workflows or projects under any of these categories, making it easier to access them by selecting the appropriate category. These Application Categories can only be deleted if no applications have been created under them.
Email Tracking
Yoroflow’s latest update introduces email tracking within process automation in both Yoroproject and YoroCRM . An insights icon has been added to the process name tab, allowing users to access metrics for In-Process Tasks, Completed Tasks, Error Tasks, and Email Tasks. The newly added Email Tasks tab simplifies email tracking by providing metrics such as the total number of emails sent, read, and undelivered for each task, identified by the Task Name. A filter option in the Task Name column allows users to quickly search and select specific tasks. Additionally, users can click on any count to view the “From” and “To” email addresses for all related emails.
Workflow Sequence Metrics
In Yoroflow‘s latest update, event automation in both Yoroproject and YoroCRM now features a new Insights icon within the process. By clicking this icon, users can access metrics for In-Process Tasks, Completed Tasks, Error Tasks, and Email Tasks. The In-Process Tasks tab shows the number of tasks currently underway and includes an option to cancel any task. Clicking the Cancel button will terminate the task and move it to the Completed Tasks tab. Additionally, each column has a filter option to assist users in searching for and selecting specific tasks.
Start Automation
In Yoroproject, YoroCRM, and YoroDesk, we’ve introduced a new event automation feature that allows users to trigger automation based on specific dates and intervals. This enhancement enables teams to automate task creation, send notifications, or generate new tickets in YoroDesk with designated request types. To initiate this automation, users simply input the date, time intervals, and select the relevant project. Additionally, users can specify form fields from the chosen project by entering them as constant values. This feature streamlines workflows and enhances efficiency by automating repetitive tasks.
Formula Computation in Forms
In Yoroflow forms, the Computation Field includes Number, Date, and String options, and we’ve recently added a Date&Time option. The updated UI simplifies operations for users. For Number computations, users can map number fields and manually input the desired operations. For Date and Date&Time computations, users can map fields or enter constant values and choose from operations like Add, Subtract, Between, and Duration. For String computations, users can concatenate or extract substrings by providing the necessary inputs. This enhancement streamlines the process, making it easier for users to perform complex computations.
With these enhancements, Yoroflow optimizes workflows and boosts productivity. By utilizing the latest features, users can streamline their work processes, achieve their objectives more effectively, and unlock new levels of efficiency.
