Automation in User Management 

  • Click the Meatballs icon (three horizontal dots) from the top-left corner menu and select ‘Administration’. 
  • In the Administration panel, go to the ‘User Management’ tab. 
  • Click the ‘Automations’ button located at the top-right corner of the screen. 
  • Click the ‘Create Automation’ button. 
  • Choose a condition based on your requirements, such as: 
  • Unlock a locked user 
  • Trigger automation when a new user is created with a specific Auth_type 
  • Trigger automation for any new user creation 
  • After setting your desired conditions, click ‘Save Automation’ to apply the changes.
