- Log in to your Yoroflow account.
- Go to the “Administration” menu.
- Select the “Manage Organization” tab.
- Click on “Integrated Apps”.
- Find Chargebee in the list and click “Sign in with SSO”.
- Enter your “Site Key” and “Secret Key”.
- To obtain your Site key and Secret Key:
- Log in to your Chargebee account.
- Your Site Key can be found in your Chargebee account URL. Copy the text between “https://” and “chargebee.com”.
- Paste the “Site Key” on Yoroflow’s Chargebee configuration page.
- To create your Secret Key, click on “Settings” in the left corner of the page, then select “Configure Chargebee”.
- Go to “API keys”.
- Click “Add API key”.
- In the pop-up window, choose the API key you want to create.
- Next, choose the API Key type and provide a name for the API Key and click “Create Key”.
- Once the Secret Key is created, copy it.
- Paste the “Secret Key” into your Yoroflow account configuration.
- Click “Test connect and save”.
- Chargebee is now integrated into your Yoroflow account, enabling seamless workflow automation for simplified payment processing and management.
To configure the payment gateway control in the workflow management: #
- Drag and drop the Payment Gateway control onto your canvas.
- Navigate to the properties of the Payment Gateway control.
- Enter the name, select Chargebee as the payment gateway provider, and choose the invoice type.
- Click “Save” to apply your changes.
- To set up the payment gateway status control, begin by dragging and dropping it onto your canvas.
- Navigate to the properties of the Payment Gateway Status control.
- Enter the name as “Chargebee Status,” specify the payment gateway task name as “Chargebee Gateway,” and indicate the time to trigger.
- Click “Save” to apply your settings.
