- Navigate to the Social Media section in YoroCRM.
- Click the Create Post button located at the top-right corner of the page.
- Choose from the social media platforms that are already integrated with your account.
- Pick the pages where you want to publish your post.
- Write your content and add images as needed.
- You can either choose Post now or schedule later.
- Review your post for accuracy and completeness.
- Click Publish to post immediately.
- From the Social Media page, you can:
- Edit existing posts
- Delete posts
- View engagement insights such as likes, comments
- You can also reply to comments and share your reactions directly from this view.
