Create Task 

To create tasks from the Create Task work control 

  • In workflow management, drag and drop the “Create Task” workflow control and right click the “properties”. 
  • Then provide required inputs like Name, Type, Project/Board Name, Task Name, Start Date, End Date, Status of the Task, and can map form fields as required. 
  • Users can choose their license from the drop-down menu given for Type. 
  • Then click “Save” button to save these inputs. 

To create task and subtask from event automation 

  • Go to event automation by clicking the configuration icon on the top right corner of the page.
  • Then Create new process button on the Automation Center tab.   
  • Next drag and drop the “Create Task” workflow control and right click the “properties”. 
  • Users can select Task or Sub Task option avaible on the top right corner of the properties page. 
  • Then provide required inputs like Name, Type, Project/Board Name, Task Name, Start Date, End Date, Status of the Task, and can map form fields as required. 
  • Users can choose their license from the drop-down menu given for Type. 
  • Then click “Save” button to save these inputs.
