Create Task Through Documents

  • Select a particular text from the document. 
  • Then click ‘+’ symbol on the right corner of the text editor. 
  • Then choose Create Task in Project. 
  • Provide Task title in the popup window. 
  • Then choose project. 
  • Then choose Status.  
  • Then map requied fields. 
  • Then you can click the link created to navigate to the task created. 
  • To mention a task, type the # symbol followed by the task name. 
  • After entering the first three characters following #, a list of matching tasks is displayed. Select the required task from the list. 
  • Once selected, you can navigate to the mentioned task from the same screen.
