IP Whitelisting #
To enable IP White Listing
- In the administration page, go to Manage Organization.
- Then click Domain Management sub menu on the left side of the page.
- Then click the toggle button to “Enable IP White Listing”.
- Then enter the IP address and select the range to provide access.
- Then click Save button.
Concurrent User Login #
To allow concurrent user login:
- Locate the option “Allow Concurrent User Login”.
- Enable the toggle button next to it.
Once enabled, multiple devices can access the same account simultaneously.
