Integrate Exotel with Yoroflow 

YoroCRM integrates with Exotel, a communication platform, to enhance your customer interactions and provide better customer support. 

To integrate Exotel, 

  • Log in to your YoroCRM account.  
  • Navigate to the Administration menu.  
  • Select the Manage Organization tab.  
  • Then go to Integrated Apps.  
  • Select Exotel and click Add Configuration.  
  • Provide the Name, Account ID, Secret SID, Secret Key from your Exotel account. 

To configure Exotel 

  • Once Exotel is integrated into Yoroflow, click the Kebab menu (three vertical dots). 
  • From the dropdown, select Settings, Edit, or Delete as needed. 
  • You can also enable Voice and Auto Recording options as required. 

To Sync contacts in Exotel: 

  • Click the contact you want to sync. 
  • Navigate to the Activities tab and select Exotel Sync. 
  • Enter the From Number, Exotel Number, and Duration. 
  • Click Sync to complete the process. 

To make calls through Exotel: 

  • Go to Leads or Deals and click on the Task ID. 
  • Open the Call tab. 
  • You can also sync from this section if needed. 
  • Click the Call icon and choose Exotel to initiate the call.
