Contact files & Organization files 

  • To add files in the contact, go to “Contact” page and click “Add Contact” on the top right corner. 
  • Enter all the required contact information like First Name, Last Name, Email, Address, City, State, Country, Postal Code, and so on. 
  • Then click “Add Files” button available in the Files column. 
  • To add organization, click “Add Organization” under the organization tab. 
  • In the popup window, you can choose the option to upload files either from “My Device” or from “Camera”.  
  • Then choose the file and then click “Open”. 
  • Once all the required information is given, then click “Save” button. 
  • To add files for the already exist contacts, click any contact as you want. 
  • Go to “Files” tab. 
  • Yor can choose either “My Device” or “Camera” options to upload the file. 
  • Users can also create new folders by clicking “New Folder” button. 
  • Users can access these files from YoroDrive also. 
  • Click “YoroDrive”  and go to “YoroCRM”.
  • Click “Contact” or “Organization” folders to access the files stored under each contact. 
  • In “Contact” folder each contact will be shown in separate folders. 
  • Users can click any contact folder to access the files stored under the contact.
