- Navigate to the Task Card within the Lead or Deal board.
- From the left-side panel, click Email.
- Click the New Email button to compose a new email.
- Enter the required details:
- From Email ID
- To Email ID
- Subject
- Email Content
- Click Send to send the email immediately.
- To schedule the email for later, click the arrow icon next to the Send button.
- Select Schedule Send.
- Choose the desired date and time.
