Send and Schedule Emails

  • Navigate to the Task Card within the Lead or Deal board. 
  • From the left-side panel, click Email. 
  • Click the New Email button to compose a new email. 
  • Enter the required details: 
  • From Email ID 
  • To Email ID 
  • Subject 
  • Email Content 
  • Click Send to send the email immediately. 
  • To schedule the email for later, click the arrow icon next to the Send button. 
  • Select Schedule Send. 
  • Choose the desired date and time.
