Move, Copy, & Reorder Task Cards

Move or Copy #

  • Click the Kebab Menu (three vertical dots) on the task card you want to move or copy. 
  • Select either ‘Move’ or ‘Copy’ from the dropdown menu. 
  • In the next window, choose the target Project, Lead, or Deal board where you’d like to move or copy the task. 
  • Select the appropriate Status Column in the target board, then click Map Fields. 
  • Map the form fields as needed, and click Move to complete the action. 
  • The task card will now be successfully moved or copied. 

To move or copy tasks in bulk: 

  • Change the view to List mode. 
  • Select the desired tasks by checking multiple task items. 
  • Click on the Action button. 
  • From the dropdown menu, choose either Move or Copy as needed. 
  • In the next window, choose the target Project, Lead, or Deal board where you’d like to move or copy the task. 
  • Select the appropriate Status Column in the target board, then click Map Fields. 
  • Map the form fields as needed, and click Move to complete the action. 
  • The task card will now be successfully moved or copied. 

Task Reorder #

By default, task cards are arranged in ascending order. To change the display order: 

  • Click the Settings icon located at the top-right corner of the board. 
  • Choose ‘Task Reorder’ from the menu. 
  • Click the Edit icon next to a card and enter a new Display Order Number, or 
  • Drag and drop the cards to your preferred order. 
  • Click the Save Order button to apply the changes.
