- Navigate to the Portfolio tab in the project management module.
- To create a new portfolio, click the + icon on the top of the Portfolio menu bar.
- Enter the basic portfolio details, including Portfolio Name, Portfolio Key, Portfolio Budget, and Description, then click Next.
- Configure the Portfolio Status by dragging and arranging the available statuses in the required order. You can also add new statuses if needed. Click Next to continue.
- Set up Portfolio Security and click Create to finalize the portfolio.
Creating Projects within a Portfolio: #
- To add a project to a portfolio, click the kebab (three-dot) icon next to the portfolio name in the Portfolio menu bar and select Add Project.
- You can either create a project from scratch or choose from prebuilt templates. Templates are available across categories such as HR, Sales, Marketing, Startups, Integration, Work from Home, Project Management, and Software Development.
- After selecting a template, customize the project based on your requirements. Enter details such as Project Name, Project Key, Category, Portfolio, Status, and Project Description, then click Next.
- Select the Project Status.
- Choose an existing form or create a new one.
- Finally, provide a Launch Button Name, enable Task ID generation, enter the Task Title, and click Create to complete the setup.
Dashboards #
- The Portfolio Dashboard provides a consolidated view of tasks, including tasks by assignee, tasks in progress, completed tasks, and more.
- To create a custom dashboard, click Add New Dashboard.
- You can switch between Edit and View modes using the mode toggle icon in the top-right corner of the page.
- To manage access permissions, click the Security button in the top-right corner and assign view or edit rights to team members.
- To add widgets to a dashboard, switch to Edit mode and click the Add Widget button located in the top-right corner of the page.
