Scheduled Reports 

  • Navigate to the Dashboard from the left-hand menu. 
  • Click on Scheduled Reports. 
  • Select Add Report to begin. 
  • Enter a name for your report and choose the file format (e.g., Excel, HTML). 
  • Click Continue. 
  • Set the desired Scheduling Frequency for your report. 
  • Select the appropriate Widget Type and Widget. 
  • Apply the necessary filters. 
  • Choose the recipients—either specific users or teams. 
  • Customize your email template by adding a subject line and email content. 
  • Once completed, your scheduled report will be created successfully. You can Pause, Edit, or Delete the report at any time as needed.
