To create single form application:
- On the homepage of Workflow Management, click “Create Application”.
- Click “Go with single form”.
- To choose from existing forms, click “Select Existing Form”.
- If you want to select a Public Form, click the toggle button next to “Public Form”.
- Choose the Workflow Form from the drop-down menu.
- Select the version and click Next.
- Alternatively, click “Create New Form” and then click Next.
- You can select a template from the available options or click “Create new from scratch”.
- To Create a new form, provide “Form Name” and “Description”.
- If you want to designate it as a Public Form, enable the toggle button.
- Click Next.
- Drag and drop form fields from the left side of the page.
- The Field Settings window will appear on the right side of the page.
- Provide the necessary inputs and click Save.
- After adding all the required fields, click Next.
- Enter the Workflow Name, Key, and Application Category.
- Click Next.
- The workflow will now be created with the selected form.
- Drag and drop workflow controls as needed.
- Right-click and choose the properties.
- Provide inputs like Name, Select User and Team.
- Form fields will already be mapped here, you can change system variables if necessary.
- Click Save.
- Once all the workflow controls are set up, click Next.
- Select the task from the left side of the page.
- You can modify each section of each task as you wish.
- To hide a section, click the Visible icon on the right side of each section.
- To make a section editable or non-editable, click the Editable icon.
- Click Save Application.
