Single form application

To create single form application: 

  • On the homepage of Workflow Management, click “Create Application”. 
  • Click “Go with single form”. 
  • To choose from existing forms, click “Select Existing Form”. 
  • If you want to select a Public Form, click the toggle button next to “Public Form”. 
  • Choose the Workflow Form from the drop-down menu. 
  • Select the version and click Next. 
  • Alternatively, click “Create New Form and then click Next. 
  • You can select a template from the available options or click “Create new from scratch”. 
  • To Create a new form, provide “Form Name” and “Description”. 
  • If you want to designate it as a Public Form, enable the toggle button. 
  • Click Next. 
  • Drag and drop form fields from the left side of the page. 
  • The Field Settings window will appear on the right side of the page. 
  • Provide the necessary inputs and click Save. 
  • After adding all the required fields, click Next. 
  • Enter the Workflow Name, Key, and Application Category. 
  • Click Next. 
  • The workflow will now be created with the selected form. 
  • Drag and drop workflow controls as needed. 
  • Right-click and choose the properties. 
  • Provide inputs like Name, Select User and Team. 
  • Form fields will already be mapped here, you can change system variables if necessary. 
  • Click Save. 
  • Once all the workflow controls are set up, click Next. 
  • Select the task from the left side of the page. 
  • You can modify each section of each task as you wish. 
  • To hide a section, click the Visible icon on the right side of each section. 
  • To make a section editable or non-editable, click the Editable icon. 
  • Click Save Application.
