Start Automation

  • Go to Event Automation by clicking the Settings Icon on the top right corner of the Boards screen. 
  • Navigate to Automation Center and click Create automations with different categories. 
  • Select “Starting from choose_date”. 
  • Pick the start date from the pop-up date picker window. 
  • Click Save. 
  • Click “every time_period”. 
  • Choose Hourly, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly intervals, enter the duration. 
  • Click Save. 
  • To create a new task, choose “create new task in choose_project”. 
  • Click “choose project” and select a project from the list. 
  • Enter the fields constantly for the current project to create a new task. 
  • Click Apply. 
  • Click “Save Automation” to automatically create tasks at the specified intervals. 
  • To start automation for sending some notification, choose “notify someone with the message of something”. 
  • Click “someone” and select Users and Email setting name. 
  • Then click Apply. 
  • Then click on “something” and enter the message or choose from the options below. 
  • Click Apply. 
  • Click Save Automation. 
  • To create a new ticket in the YoroDesk with a specific request type, choose “create a new ticket in choose_yorodesk with choose_request_type”. 
  • Click “choose yorodeskand select the Desk shown below in the list. 
  • Choose the request type from the type below. 
  • Enter the required form fields constantly and click Apply. 
  • Click Save Automation.
