- To create sub tasks automation, click the “Settings” icon at the top right corner of the page and select “Event Automation”.

- Click “Automations Center” tab.
- You can choose “Subtask Status” from the category column on the left side of the page.
- And choose the scenario.

- Or click Create automations with different categories.
- And choose the scenario.

- Enter the necessary details, such as selecting users and providing email addresses for notifications.
- Then click “Apply” and then “Save Automation”.

- When the status of all subtasks under a main task is updated to the selected status, a notification email will be sent to the specified email address.

- Users can access the task details by clicking the link provided in the email.
