In YoroCRM and Yorodesk, when user records the call, transcription feature will be enabled. 

  • To view this transcription, go to contacts page, and click on the required contact. 
  • Inside the specific contact, go to “Activities” tab to view all the activities related to the contact. 
  • Now click the Eye icon near the Transcription to view the text format of the conversation. 
  • Users can also download this transcription by clicking the Download icon.
