To access the workflow sequence metrics:
- On the project board, click the Settings icon in the top right corner and select Event Automation.
- Click Process under the Automation Center.
- In each process, click the Insights icon to view the metrics.
- Use the respective tabs to view the number of tasks in each category: In-Process Tasks, Completed Tasks, Error Tasks, and Email Tasks.
- In the In-Process tab of workflow metrics, select all the ongoing processes you want to cancel by clicking the check boxes.
- Click Cancel.
- Search for specific tasks using the filter options available in each column
