YoroAI Hub 

To access YoroAI Hub: 

  • Within YoroAI Hub, you can select either YoroAI Chat or YoroAI Chatbot. 

YoroAI Chat #

  • To upload files, click the Attach icon. 
  • You can upload multiple files, documents, images, or folders from YoroDrive, up to a total size of 100 MB. 
  • Enter your prompt describing the action you want to perform on the uploaded files. 
  • Alternatively, you may ask questions directly in the chat. 
  • Your conversation history is accessible from the left side panel for easy reference. 
  • You can switch between various AI providers – Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Grok AI, GroqCloud AI, Open AI, and YoroAI. 
  • After choosing the AI provider, you can select the model. 

To convert conversation into document: 

  • Click Create as YoroDoc on the top right corner of the screen. 
  • Provide name for your Document. 
  • Select Document Location in YoroDrive. 
  • To open the saved document: 
  • Click Open Document Link below. 
  • Or Go to Documents in the left side menu and search for your document. 
  • You can change the mode as view or edit from the top right menu. 
  • You can provide security access to team members to view or edit. 

To launch document via custom apps: 

  • Go to Custom Apps in the Application. 
  • Click Create Application. 
  • Drag and drop Document from the the left panel. 
  • And select your document from the properties. 
  • Click Update. 
  • You can launch your custom application to view your document. 

YoroAI Chatbots #

  • Click YoroAI Chatbots in the YoroAI Hub. 
  • Press the Create Chatbot button located at the top right of the page. 
  • Fill in the following details on the Basic Information tab: 
  1. Chatbot Name 
  2. Description 
  3. Welcome Message 
  4. Fallback Message 
  • Enable the toggle button to allow your Chatbot to be used outside of Yoroflow. 
  • On the AI Settings tab: 
  1. Select your preferred AI provider. 
  2. Choose the desired response format (table, plain text, or paragraph) using system directives. 
  • Build the knowledge base by attaching files or providing website URLs. 
  • Click Create Chatbot to finalize. 

Managing Security Settings 

  • Click the Security Setting icon at the bottom of the respective chatbot. 
  • Enter the team name. 
  • Enable access permissions by toggling options for Read and Edit rights. 

Creating Logic to Collect Leads 

  • Navigate to the Response Logic tab. 
  • Click Add Logic. 
  • Enter the required details: 
  • Name – Give your logic a clear title. 
  • Description – Briefly explain the purpose. 
  • Fields – Select the fields to capture customer details. 
  • Condition – Define when this logic should be triggered. 
  • Field Customization – Choose how the fields should appear to users. 
  • Select an existing process, or create a new one directly from here. 

Creating a Process 

  • Click the Create Process button. 
  • Use the drag-and-drop workflow controls to design the process as per your requirements. 
  • Configure the properties for each step in the workflow. 
  • From the drop-down menu, select your newly created process. 
  • Map the process fields with the corresponding chatbot fields. 

Data Table  

To Store Lead Data in a Data Table: 

  • Click on the Data Table option. 
  • Select the desired Data Table where you want to store the leads. 
  • Map the Data Table fields to match the lead data you want to capture. 

Chatbot Installation 

If the External toggle is enabled, then in Domain Restriction: 

  • Choose whether to Allow All Domains or Allow Specific Domains. 
    • If you select Only Specific Domains, enter the domain name(s) where the chatbot should be available.
  • Select the chatbot type: Full Page Chatbot or Floating Chatbot. 
  • Copy the generated script according to your selection and embed it on your website. 

Suggestions 

  • Select Suggestion Type:
    • At the Beginning of Conversation – suggestions appear only when the chat starts. 
    • After Every Chatbot Response – suggestions appear after each response. 
  • Click the Add a Suggestion button to add up to five suggestions. 
  • Toggle the AI Suggestions button if you want the chatbot to provide automated suggestions. 

Activating the Chatbot 

  • Click the Play button located at the bottom of the chatbot to activate it. 

Using the Chatbot Assistant 

  • Select the chatbot you wish to use. 
  • Click the YoroAI Assistant icon at the bottom right corner of the chatbot window. 
  • Enter your question to interact with the assistant. 
  • Click the Kebab Menu (three vertical dots) on the chatbot interface. 
  • Select History from the dropdown menu. 
  • On the History page, you can switch between Grid View and List View using the toggle option available at the top-right corner. 
  • To view a specific conversation, click on the desired conversation entry. 

Using YoroAI Chatbot Externally: 

You can use the YoroAI Chatbot outside of the platform by following either of the options below: 

  • Public URL Method:
  •  Copy the Public Link available under the External Chatbot section and paste it into any web browser to launch the chatbot externally. 
  • Embedded Script Method:  
  • Click the Embedded Script icon. 
  • Choose one of the two options: 
  1. Floating Chatbot 
  2. Full Page Chatbot 
  • Once you select an option, the script will be automatically copied. 
  • Paste the script into your application or website where you want the chatbot to appear. 

Metrics in Chatbot 

  • Click the Kebab Menu (three vertical dots) on the chatbot interface.  
  • Select Metrics from the dropdown menu. 
  • On the Metrics page, use the available filters to view specific data such as Average Session Time, Average Response Time, and Average Message Count. 

To link WhatsApp #

  • On the Chatbot Configuration page, click Apps under Integrations. 
  • Select the WhatsApp number already associated with your account to link it with YoroAI Chatbot.
