We’re excited to share the latest updates in Yoroflow! This round of enhancements is all about improving usability, boosting security, and making your workflow experience even smoother. From better user management and flexible business hour settings to AI support and smarter ticket handling, there’s a lot to explore.
Let’s take a look at what’s new!
What’s New in Yoroflow
Enhanced User Management
We’ve rolled out a powerful update to Yoroflow’s user management feature, giving you deeper visibility and control. You can now view detailed insights such as who created a user, when the user was created, modified, or deactivated, and by whom.
To make things even smoother, these insights come with advanced filters—making it easier and faster to find exactly what you’re looking for. Managing users has never been more transparent or efficient.

Enhancement in organization management
We’re excited to announce a new security feature in Yoroflow at the organization level—user-defined encryption passwords.
With this update, users can now set their own passwords during the encryption process, adding an extra layer of security. This means only those with the correct password can decrypt and retrieve the data on their end, ensuring greater control and data protection.

Encryption in Webservice Task
In addition, we’ve extended this capability to the Webservice Task. By enabling the Encrypted Payload and Decrypted Response options, users can now access private codes for encrypting and decrypting data—making secure data handling even easier and more robust.

Business Hour management
We’ve enhanced the organization management feature in Yoroflow to make setting business hours more intuitive and flexible.
Users can now easily select time using a convenient time picker and indicate their availability with a simple toggle button. Even better—these business hours can be seamlessly mapped into your workflow and project management processes, ensuring better coordination and efficiency across teams.

In Workflow Management, business hours can now be seamlessly integrated into Approval and User Task settings by simply enabling the toggle button. This ensures tasks are aligned with working hours, improving accuracy and efficiency in your process flows.

ClaudeAI in Yoroflow
We’re thrilled to introduce ClaudeAI—the latest AI-powered enhancement in Yoroflow!
With ClaudeAI, users can upload documents and ask questions directly based on the content, or even pose general queries. It supports contextual conversations, meaning users can continue asking follow-up questions related to previous discussions.
ClaudeAI intelligently compares the ongoing conversation with new queries to deliver more accurate, relevant, and insightful responses—making your experience more interactive and efficient.

Email to ticket conversion in Desk Administration
We’ve added more flexibility to how tickets are created from emails in Yoroflow!
Users can now choose whether to generate a ticket for every incoming email or only when specific conditions are met. These conditions can include criteria like:
- Email subject contains keywords like “assigned”
- Email content includes terms such as “task”
- Sender’s email ID contains “gmail.com”
A ticket will be created only when at least one of the defined conditions is satisfied, helping reduce noise and keep your support system focused and efficient.

Enhancement in Dashboard Widgets
We’ve upgraded several widgets in Yoroflow to give users quicker access to task details and improve overall navigation.
In widgets like Workflow Task Data, User Task Data, Workflow Summary, Running Tasks, and Completed Tasks, users can now click on the Task ID to instantly view key details such as task name, status, due date, and total time taken. Additionally, clicking on the task name will open the task directly from the widget—saving time and boosting productivity.
In these widgets, users can easily track tasks under the In Progress Task and Completed Task tabs, providing a clearer view of ongoing and completed activities.

Automated Account Deactivation for Inactive Users
We’ve introduced a new automation feature to help you manage inactive accounts more efficiently.
Users can now set a specific duration after which an account will be automatically deactivated if it remains unopened or inactive. To ensure a smooth experience, a notification will be sent to the customer before deactivation. If there’s still no activity after the notification, the account will be automatically disabled—no manual action needed. This update helps keep your system clean, secure, and up to date with minimal effort.

That’s a wrap on our latest features! These updates are designed to help you work more efficiently, stay secure, and get more done with less effort. We’re always working to make Yoroflow better for you—so keep an eye out for more improvements coming soon.
