Explore Yoroflow’s Newest Features and Upgrades
Persistance Table
Our latest workflow management enhancement lets users enable or disable the persistence table while creating the workflow application. This option is also accessible from the persistence table menu whenever needed. By toggling the button, users can easily activate the persistence table or disable it as required. This feature provides greater flexibility in managing data persistence based on project needs.
The persistence table will now be visible in the data table as well. Since persistence tables cannot be deleted, they will appear in the list without a delete icon, while the data table will feature this option. Users can access the persistence table data by clicking on it here. A label titled “Managed” is displayed at the top of the persistence table to indicate its purpose. Users can also add new rows to the persistence table and have the option to import or export its data. These enhancements facilitate better data management and usability for users.
In the workflow, the unique check feature will be activated only when the persistence table is enabled. This ensures data integrity and prevents duplicates when the table is in use.
To improve the data security of the persistence table, only teams or team members with access to the workflow will also have permission to access the corresponding persistence table. This permission can be adjusted as needed by modifying the workflow permissions. Users can read the data and add new entries to the persistence table, but they cannot update or delete existing data.
Approval task
In the approval task, any comments made regarding the approval or rejection of the task can be viewed and mapped in the next node’s task. These comments can be accessed under the “My Tasks” tab. If there are multiple approval authorities for a task, only the last comment will be displayed here. This ensures clarity and keeps the most relevant feedback readily available.
Form based report
Form-based reports in workflow management will be generated solely from the persistence table. Our latest enhancement enables users to create reports at the workflow level. Users can select the workflow and the corresponding tasks, after which the report will be generated based on the data in the persistence table. This functionality provides greater flexibility and insight into workflow performance.
Webservice in Start Task
In workflow management, the web service option can be used to initiate a task. To start the task via this web service call, the user must provide a URL. This URL becomes invalid once the workflow is updated. With our latest enhancements, we have introduced a “Latest Version” option. When a user enters the URL in the Latest Version column, it remains accessible even after the workflow is updated. This feature ensures continuity and ease of access for users when working with updated workflows.
Webservice Mapping
In our latest enhancement, the UI has been updated to link the web service task status and response to subsequent tasks. By selecting options such as “webservice_yoroflow_ws_status” and “webservice_yoroflow_ws_status_text,” users can map the status and response of the web service task to the next task seamlessly.
The latest updates in Yoroflow reflect our dedication to providing you with powerful tools that simplify workflows and enhance collaboration. We encourage you to explore these new features and see how they can transform the way your team works. Stay tuned for future updates as we strive to bring you even more enhancements that align with your needs.
