Checklists & Enhanced Validations in Forms

We’re excited to roll out a new enhancement in Forms — the Checklist option. 

With this update, users can now add checklists to forms, making it easier to select multiple options at once. You can fully customize how the checklist appears — either in a horizontal or vertical layout — directly from the form field settings. 

But that’s not all. The checklist also comes with validation controls, giving you more flexibility. You can decide whether the field should be: 

  • Marked as required 
  • Set as editable 
  • Or conditionally required based on your workflow 

We’ve also extended these validation features to the Text Editor field in forms. This means you now have more control and precision over how users provide inputs, ensuring cleaner data and smoother form submissions. 

This update is designed to give you greater flexibility, better user experience, and improved accuracy when building and managing forms in YoroProject.
