We’re excited to introduce a handy new enhancement that lets users generate PDF files with dynamic, customizable names. Instead of static filenames, you can now use variables and data fields to create unique, meaningful file names automatically.
This makes organizing, searching, and managing your documents much easier—especially when dealing with large volumes of files. Whether it’s including dates, project IDs, or user-specific details, dynamic naming adds a new level of efficiency and clarity to your PDF generation process.

Personalize Your Outreach: Add and Save Email Signatures as Templates
In our latest update, users can now create and customize email signatures to match their branding or campaign needs. Whether it’s for a specific team, department, or campaign type, signatures can be tailored accordingly.
Even better—once you’ve crafted the perfect signature, you can save it as a reusable template, making it easy to maintain consistency across future email campaigns. This signature template will be saved in both YoroConnect and YoroCRM. This not only streamlines the process but also ensures a professional, personalized touch in every message you send.

Unified Notification Center is Here
We’ve rolled out a powerful enhancement to streamline your communication tracking. Now, all types of notifications—whether from SMS, WhatsApp, Email, or Calls—will appear in a centralized notification center within both YoroDesk and YoroCRM. Users can view every interaction in one convenient place, reducing the risk of missing key updates. Each notification is tagged with its corresponding LeadID, DealID, or DeskID, making it easy to identify and directly access the relevant conversation or task with a single click.

AI Providers in Text Editors
We’re excited to introduce a game-changing upgrade to Yoroflow’s document experience—AI is now integrated directly into all text editors! With this enhancement, users can seamlessly generate, rewrite, or enhance content using their preferred AI provider, all within the editor. They can generate a new document by giving prompt responses using these AI providers and AI models.


We’ve expanded AI integration across YoroProject and YoroDesk—bringing your favorite AI providers directly into the text editors. In YoroProject, AI is now available in the comment section, where users can drop in a rough draft and instantly turn it into a clear, well-written comment using the AI model of their choice. Plus, users can now easily rewrite, summarize, or elaborate any selected text—right inside the editor. Also, users can reply for a comment using ‘Create a reply’ option in the AI itself. Whether you’re giving feedback or crafting support updates, these enhancements help you communicate faster and more effectively than ever.
