Enhanced Contact Screen for Faster, Organized Workflows

In our latest product update, we’ve enhanced the Contact Screen UI to make it more flexible and user-friendly. Tabs inside the contact card—such as Activities, Leads, Deals, Invoices, Tickets, and Files—can now be rearranged effortlessly using drag-and-drop. This allows users to customize their workspace based on their priorities and work style, keeping the most important information easily accessible. 

We’ve also improved the Activities tab to provide a more structured communication experience. Interactions are now categorized into Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Calls, making it easier to track conversations at a glance. From the same screen, users can reply to messages, compose and send new emails or messages, and even make calls without navigating away. Additionally, specific emails or messages can now be selected and assigned directly to relevant Leads or Deals associated with the contact, ensuring better context and organization. 

Another key improvement is the way emails are displayed within Tasks of Leads and Deals. Emails are now categorized more clearly, allowing users to view them based on either the contact or the specific task. Two dedicated tabs under the Emails section make it easier to distinguish and manage communication contextually. 

These enhancements are designed to reduce clutter, improve visibility, and help teams manage communications and relationships more efficiently—all from a single, streamlined interface. 

Enhanced Download option in YoroDrive

In this latest product update, users can now download multiple folders at once in a single ZIP file. Instead of downloading folders individually, you can simply select multiple folders and export them together, saving time and effort. 

This enhancement is especially useful when managing large volumes of files across projects, contacts, or records. By packaging selected folders into one compressed ZIP format, we’ve made file sharing, backups, and bulk data transfers much more convenient and efficient. 

QR Code in Public Form

In our latest product update, we’ve introduced QR code generation for public form URLs to make sharing easier and more accessible. Users can now instantly generate a QR code for any public form and download it for quick distribution. 

The QR code can be copied or downloaded directly during form creation or later from the Configuration page, giving users flexibility in how and when they want to share it. This makes it ideal for events, registrations, feedback collection, surveys, on-site check-ins, or even printed materials. 

Instead of typing or sending long URLs, users can simply share the QR code across digital platforms or display it physically. Anyone can open the form instantly by scanning the QR code using Google Lens. 

This enhancement simplifies form distribution, improves user convenience, and helps you collect responses faster with just a quick scan. 

View Attachments by Task ID in YoroDrive

In our latest enhancement to YoroDrivewe’ve made attachment management more structured and intuitive. Users can now view attachments categorized clearly, along with the associated Task ID for each file. This makes it easier to understand the context of every document without having to manually search for related details. 

With the Task ID displayed alongside attachments, users can quickly identify which task a file belongs to, improving visibility and reducing confusion—especially when handling multiple projects or workflows. 

Additionally, Task IDs are now clickable. By simply clicking on the Task ID, users can instantly navigate to the corresponding task. This seamless redirection eliminates unnecessary steps, saves time, and ensures faster access to relevant task information. 

This update enhances traceability, improves file-task mapping, and makes YoroDrive even more efficient for managing project-related documents. 

Field Mapping in Ad Forms

In our latest product update, users can now map values directly to their custom fields in Ad Forms from the Integrated Apps page itself. This enhancement eliminates the need to switch between multiple sections, making the configuration process faster and more seamless. 

Users have the flexibility to map either constant values or dynamic form fields, depending on their campaign requirements. This ensures that the right data is automatically captured and aligned with their custom field structure. 

By enabling field mapping at the integration level, we’ve made it easier to maintain data consistency, reduce manual errors, and streamline lead capture workflows. This update provides greater control, improved accuracy, and a more efficient setup experience for managing Ad Forms. 

Project Reports with Task Type

In this latest product update, users can now apply Task Type filters within Project Reports for projects that are configured with Task Types. This enhancement allows users to generate more refined and meaningful reports based on specific task classifications. 

With Task Type filtering, teams can easily analyze progress, workload distribution, and performance metrics for particular categories of tasks. Instead of reviewing all tasks together, users can focus only on the task types that matter to their reporting needs. 

This improvement enhances reporting accuracy, provides deeper insights into project execution, and supports better decision-making by offering more granular control over project data. 

Release Management Feature in Project

feature is added to manage Product release management. In this release management, users can view release details such as version, stages, teams associated with, owners, release date, total tasks, and completed tasks. Also users can create new release with step by step process like providing release details, stages, environment, Sprints or tasks, and securities. 

WhatsApp related automation

In our latest product update, we’ve introduced a new automation to handle a common real-world scenario in WhatsApp communication. 

When a WhatsApp message is received from a contact that is already saved in the system, but the user has updated their WhatsApp display name, the system will now automatically update the customer name accordingly. 

This ensures that your contact records always reflect the most recent WhatsApp name without requiring any manual edits. It helps maintain accurate customer data, avoids confusion caused by outdated names, and keeps your communication records clean and up to date. 

With this automation in place, teams can focus more on conversations and less on contact maintenance, while ensuring data consistency across the system. 

Enhanced CRM Dashboard

In our latest product update, we’ve enhanced the Recent Activities section in the CRM dashboard to provide greater clarity and transparency. 

Activities now clearly display the associated LicenseBoard, and whether the action was initiated by a user or triggered through automation. This added visibility helps teams quickly understand the context behind every activity without having to investigate further. 

By distinguishing between manual and automated actions, users can better track workflow behavior, monitor system-driven updates, and ensure accountability across processes. This improvement makes activity tracking more structured, improves audit visibility, and supports smarter decision-making within the CRM. 

Schedule Later Option in Emails

In our latest product updateusers can now create emails and schedule them to be sent at a later time. This feature gives you greater control over communication timing, allowing you to plan outreach in advance without needing to be online at the exact send time. 

Whether it’s follow-ups, reminders, campaign emails, or important updates, you can compose the message now and choose the preferred date and time for delivery. This helps ensure timely communication, improves consistency, and supports better engagement with prospects and customers. 

Automation in CRM Administration with Additional Features

In our latest product update, we’ve enhanced CRM Administration Automations with several powerful new capabilities to make workflows more action-driven and efficient. 

Users can now configure automations to notify specific users with customized messages, ensuring the right people are informed at the right time. Automations can also create meetings automatically, helping teams stay aligned without manual coordination. 

In addition, tasks or records can be auto-assigned to specific owners, improving accountability and speeding up response times. You can also configure automations to add records directly to a particular Lead or Deal board, ensuring smooth pipeline movement without manual intervention. 

These enhancements make CRM automations more intelligent and proactive, helping teams reduce manual effort, improve collaboration, and maintain a more streamlined sales and operations process. 

Custom Apps in YoroCRM

In our latest product update, users can now create custom applications directly within YoroCRM. This enhancement allows teams to design applications tailored to their unique business processes, all within the CRM environment. 

While creating a custom application, users can seamlessly add existing Lead or Deal boards from YoroCRM and access them directly inside the new app. There’s no need to switch between multiple sections—everything can be managed from one centralized space. 

This update enables better organization, improved workflow alignment, and greater flexibility in structuring CRM operations. By combining custom apps with existing boards, teams can build more personalized, efficient workspaces that adapt to their specific sales and process needs. 

Array Type mapping in Script Node

In our latest product update, users can now map array-type data within Script Nodes, bringing greater flexibility to workflow configurations and custom logic handling. 

With this enhancement, users can not only map array inputs but also generate outputs in array format directly from Script Nodes. This makes it easier to process multiple values, handle structured datasets, and manage dynamic data more efficiently within automations. 

By supporting array-type mapping and outputs, workflows can now accommodate more complex scenarios, reduce manual data transformations, and enable smoother integrations across different processes. This update strengthens the scripting capabilities and allows for more advanced and scalable automation design. 

Edit Option in Persistence Table

In our latest product update, we’ve introduced the ability to edit the Persistence Table, giving users greater control over stored data configurations. 

Users with owner and update access can nomodify existing persistence table entries directly, making it easier to update data structures, correct configurations, or refine stored information without needing to recreate the table. This reduces redundancy and saves time during workflow adjustments. 

Filters in Advanced Reports

In our latest product update, we’ve enhanced Advanced Reports to make widget configuration more streamlined and consistent. When creating widgets, global filters will now be applied by default, ensuring standardized reporting across dashboards. 

This means users no longer need to manually apply common filters each time they build a widget, saving time and reducing configuration effort. The default global filters help maintain uniformity in data representation and improve reporting accuracy. 

If required, users can still customize or modify the filters based on specific reporting needs. This enhancement provides the perfect balance between consistency and flexibility, making advanced reporting more efficient and user-friendly. 

Customized Launch Button in Process Creation

In our latest product update, users can now set a separate custom name for the Launch button. This enhancement allows greater flexibility in aligning button labels with specific workflows or business terminology. 

Instead of using a fixed default label, teams can rename the Launch button to better reflect the action it performs—making the interface clearer and more intuitive for end users. This is especially useful in customized applications where different processes may require context-specific actions. 

Additional Features in Data Table

In our latest product update, we’ve introduced several new enhancements to the Data Table to provide greater flexibility and personalization. 

Users can now rearrange columns using a simple drag-and-drop feature, allowing them to customize the data table view based on their preferences and workflow needs. This makes it easier to prioritize important information and improve day-to-day efficiency. 

Additionally, users can choose which columns should be displayed in the data table. This helps reduce clutter, focus on relevant data, and create a cleaner, more organized interface. 

We’ve also added a new column customization option under Record Customization, where users can select between single-column or double-column layouts. This provides better control over how record details are presented, enhancing readability and improving the overall user experience. 

My Task

In our latest product update, we’ve enhanced the My Task section with new filtering options to help users view tasks in a more organized and structured manner. 

Users can now choose from three filters: My TaskMy Team Task, and All. If a user wants to focus only on tasks assigned directly to them, they can simply select My Task for a clear, distraction-free view. 

When users need visibility into tasks assigned to their team members—even if those tasks are not assigned to them personally—they can select My Team Task. This provides better team oversight and improves collaboration. 

If a complete overview is required, selecting All will display every task. These new filters make task management more efficient, improve clarity, and help users quickly access the information they need. 

Downloading Data Table

In our latest product update, users can now download the Data Table as a PDF file with just a single click. 

When the Download option is selected, the system will generate a PDF based on the current view of the Data Table. This means any applied filters, selected columns, sorting, or customized layout will be reflected exactly as displayed on the screen. 

YoroAI Support Assistant

We’re excited to introduce a powerful new feature – YoroAI Support Assistant. 

Instead of manually searching through lengthy user manuals to find specific instructions, users can now simply ask YoroAI Support Assistant their questions in natural language. Whether it’s about a feature setup, configuration steps, or troubleshooting guidance, users can describe what they need in their own words. 

The YoroAI Support Assistant intelligently analyzes the user manual and delivers clear, step-by-step instructions tailored to the query. This eliminates the need to browse multiple documents or scan through pages of content to find the right section. 

With faster access to accurate guidance, users can resolve queries more efficiently, reduce dependency on manual searches, and improve overall productivity. YoroAI Support Assistant makes getting help simpler, smarter, and more intuitive. 

Bulk Assigning with YoroAI Assistant

In our latest update, users can now leverage YoroAI Assistant to bulk assign tasks effortlessly. 

Instead of manually selecting and assigning tasks one by one, users can simply provide instructions in natural language—along with specific conditions—and YoroAI Assistant will process the request accordingly. For example, users can specify criteria such as task status, priority, label, date, or board, and assign all matching tasks to a particular team member in one go. 

This enhancement significantly reduces manual effort, speeds up task management, and improves operational efficiency. By combining AI-driven understanding with conditional logic, bulk task assignment becomes faster, smarter, and more intuitive. 

Triggering Process in YoroAI Chatbots

In our latest product update, we’ve introduced powerful new enhancements to the Chatbot to make it more interactive and action-driven. 

Users can now trigger a process directly based on a response from the Chatbot. This means conversations are no longer limited to information exchange—specific responses can automatically initiate configured workflows. Once triggered, the process executes instantly without any manual intervention, enabling faster and more automated operations. 

We’ve also added the ability to integrate Data Tables within the Chatbot. Users can ask questions in natural language and view relevant data table information directly in the chat interface. They can explore rows, access related records, and even view associated files stored in the database—all without navigating away from the conversation. 

In addition, users can now view process insights to track execution efficiently. This provides better visibility into triggered workflows, helping users monitor progress, understand outcomes, and ensure processes are running as expected. 

Together, these enhancements transform the Chatbot into a dynamic command center—where users can retrieve data, trigger actions, and monitor processes from one unified conversational interface.
