Easily Update Customer Email Status Directly from the Contact Page
We’re excited to introduce a convenient enhancement that lets you change the email status of customers from invalid to valid right within the contact page. Now, you can quickly select multiple contacts—or even all contacts at once—and update their email statuses with a single click, streamlining your contact management like never before.
Automated Notifications for Unassigned Contacts and Untouched Leads in YoroCRM
We’ve added powerful automation options in YoroCRM to help you stay on top of your contact management.
Now, if a contact is added but not assigned to any team member, YoroCRM can automatically notify the right person. Simply create an automation using the scenario: “Whenever an owner for contact is not assigned for duration, notify someone.” Set the desired duration and specify the email address of the person to be notified.
Additionally, you can set up another automation to alert someone when a contact is created but not added to any list or campaign. To do this, select the scenario: “Whenever a contact is untouched for duration, notify someone.” Then, enter the duration and the recipient’s email to ensure timely follow-up.
These enhancements help ensure no lead goes unnoticed—boosting your responsiveness and overall CRM efficiency.
Bulk Task Management Made Easy in Yoroproject
Managing tasks just got easier in YoroProject! With our latest update, users can now select multiple tasks at once from the list view and assign priority, start dates, and due dates in bulk. This enhancement streamlines task planning and saves valuable time—perfect for teams handling large volumes of tasks.
Automation in User Management
In Yoroflow’s user management, an automation can be created to unlock the user automatically after certain interval of time whose account is locked due to wrong password. This automation can be created by choosing the scenario – “Whenever the user is locked for choose timeout unlock the user” then choose the duration to unlock the locked account.
Enhanced Task Approvals: Take Action Directly from Your Inbox
With our latest enhancement, task approvals in YoroProject are now more streamlined than ever. When a task is initiated, an email notification is automatically sent, featuring “Approve” and “Reject” buttons—allowing you to respond directly from your inbox.
Once you click a button, you’ll be directed to a confirmation page to finalize your decision. For security and accuracy, each button can only be used once per task.
This update simplifies the approval process and keeps your workflow moving without delay.
Flexible Report Exporting
We have enhanced the report export functionality to give you more control over how your data is structured. With this update, users can now export reports with option to align the data either row-wise or column-wise, making it easier to format and analyze information based on your preferences. Whether you are preparing dashboards or raw data for analysis, this added flexibility streamlines your reporting process.
This feature is also added in “Launch with Excel” option and DataTable. For launching with this option, after choosing the excel file user can choose row or column alignment and choose Mapping Values.
