Explore Yoroflow’s Latest Product Enhancements

Enhanced User Management

We’re excited to announce a new update in User Management! Now, users can easily view detailed information for any logged-in user, including login email, contact email, username, mobile number, and associated teams, licenses, and roles. 

But that’s not all — users can also quickly add or remove licenses, teams, and roles directly from the interface, streamlining administrative tasks. This update empowers admins to manage user access more efficiently and ensures better control over team assignments. Managing users has never been this simple and intuitive! 

Automated Logout for Inactive Sessions

We’ve added a powerful new option to boost account security and user control! Now, users can set up automation to log out accounts after a chosen period of inactivity. The time can be customized anywhere from 5 minutes to 60 minutes, giving you the flexibility to match your security needs. 

This update helps protect sensitive data, prevents unauthorized access, and ensures peace of mind for both admins and end-users. With automated logout, security is no longer an afterthought—it’s built right into your workflow. 

Account Lockout Automation

To further strengthen account protection, we’ve introduced automation for failed login attempts. Now, users can set rules to automatically lock an account after a defined number of unsuccessful login attempts. 

This feature helps prevent brute-force attacks, keeps accounts secure, and gives admins greater control over login policies. With customizable thresholds, you can strike the right balance between security and accessibility—keeping your system safe without slowing down your team. 

YoroDrive Now in Custom Apps

Our latest enhancement brings YoroDrive directly into Custom Apps! Users can now simply drag and drop the YoroDrive option from the left panel to select the folders they want to include. 

Once the custom app is launched, those folders become instantly accessible right inside the app—just like they are in YoroDrive itself. This makes it easier than ever to organize, access, and work with files without switching between multiple tools. Efficiency and convenience, all in one place! 

Smarter Filtering: Time Period Option in YoroCRM

We’ve made managing your contacts in YoroCRM even easier! In our latest enhancement, we’ve added a new Time Period option to the date picker on the contact page. 

With this feature, users can quickly filter records based on specific time ranges without the hassle of manual entry. Whether you’re tracking recent leads, analyzing past interactions, or reviewing long-term trends, the Time Period filter makes finding the right data faster and more intuitive. 

Custom Views in Contacts

We’ve introduced a powerful new way to personalize your experience! Now, users can create custom views by applying the filters they need and save them for future use. Also you can set your custom view as default view, update them with new filters, or delete them. 

This feature makes it simple to return to your preferred setup without reapplying filters every time. Whether you’re tracking leads, managing tasks, or analyzing data, saved views help you work smarter, faster, and with greater consistency. 

In-Built Views

To make contact management more efficient, we’ve added new in-built views in YoroCRM. Among these, the Invalid Emails and Invalid Mobile Numbers views help users quickly identify contacts with invalid details. 

From this view, you can easily select the required contacts and decide what action to take—whether that’s adding them to a lead or deal, deleting them, removing them from lists, or even marking them as valid. This update ensures cleaner data, better targeting, and smoother CRM workflows. 

Send WhatsApp Messages with Attachments

We’ve taken WhatsApp integration to the next level! Now, users can send messages with attachments directly through WhatsApp. Files can be easily attached either from YoroDrive or directly from the local path on your system. 

This update makes collaboration faster and more flexible—whether you’re sharing documents, images, or other important files, you can do it seamlessly without switching platforms. It’s all about keeping communication smooth and productivity high. 

Improved UI Experience: Faster Access and Smarter Controls

We’ve rolled out a fresh UI enhancement that makes navigating and managing your applications easier than ever. Now, users can take key actions—like launching, editing, or deleting an application—directly from the application screen. You can also instantly check the status of an application, whether it’s active or paused, without extra clicks. 

We’ve also introduced new workflow filters so you can quickly sort between Manual, Automated, or Scheduled workflows. Plus, in Persistence settings, the UI has been redesigned for a smoother experience: first, select the fields you want, and then, on the next page, arrange them in the order that works best for you. 

Persistence Tables for Project Management

We’re excited to announce that Persistence Tables can now be used for project management as well! Users can choose the fields they need, arrange them in the desired order, and even set custom display names for better clarity. 

This enhancement gives teams greater flexibility in organizing project data, ensuring that information is structured the way they work best. With customizable tables, project tracking becomes more intuitive, efficient, and tailored to your workflow. 

RFP Agents: AI-Powered Assistance for Projects

We’ve added a brand-new option called RFP Agents to make project management even smarter. With this feature, users can easily extract requirements or generate responses for tasks within a specific project board. 

Once the RFP Agent is started, an AI assistance icon will appear at the bottom-right corner of your screen. Simply click the icon to view the details in real time. When the process is complete, the icon will automatically disappear—keeping your workspace clean and distraction-free. 

This enhancement combines AI power with simplicity, helping teams save time and focus on what matters most. 

These updates mark another big step forward in making Yoroflow a powerful, all-in-one platform for managing your work. With enhanced security, smarter data handling, seamless integrations, and AI-driven assistance, we’re making it easier for you to stay productive and focused on what matters most.
