Additionally, users can choose how they want the data to appear by switching between card view and table format. They can click the values in card or table to expand. This flexibility makes it easier to interpret process data at a glance or review detailed information when needed.
By bringing data analytics directly into the dashboard, this feature helps teams monitor workflows, track key metrics, and make faster, data-driven decisions without switching between multiple tools. It’s another step toward making dashboards more powerful, customizable, and user-friendly.
Rearrange Child Tables with Drag-and-Drop
We’ve introduced a new enhancement that allows users to rearrange the order of Child Tables under the Record Customization option. This update gives users greater control over how related data is structured and displayed within records.
With this feature, users can simply drag and drop child tables to change their order quickly and easily—no complex configurations required. This makes it easier to organize information based on priority, workflow sequence, or team preferences.
Once the order is rearranged, the updated structure will automatically be reflected in the Data Table, ensuring consistency between record customization and the displayed data.

Re-authentication in Approval Task
We’ve introduced an additional security layer to the Approval Task process. With this update, users can enable a re-authentication toggle to add extra verification before completing an approval.
When this option is enabled, the user assigned to approve the task must re-enter their username and password to confirm the approval action. This ensures that approvals are authenticated and performed only by the authorized user.
This enhancement helps strengthen security, improves accountability in approval of workflows, and adds an extra layer of protection for critical business decisions and sensitive processes.
Suggestions and Attachments Added to WhatsApp Message Task
We’ve enhanced the Message Task by introducing Suggestions and Attachment support for WhatsApp chats. This update helps make customer communication more interactive and efficient.
Users can now add suggested replies to messages, allowing customers to quickly respond by selecting the most relevant option. This makes conversation faster and improves the overall customer experience.
In addition, users can now attach files directly to WhatsApp messages. Attachments can be added from YoroDrive, as static content, or by selecting values from a form field, giving users greater flexibility when sharing information with customers.
Customer responses can be captured through the Message Status Task by mapping the appropriate fields. Based on the customer’s reply, users can then trigger the next workflow task automatically, enabling more dynamic and responsive process automation.
Manage Account Administrator Roles More Easily
We’ve introduced an enhancement that allows organizations to inactivate or remove users assigned to the Account Administrator role. This update provides greater flexibility in managing administrative access within the system.
To ensure continuity and maintain proper account control, the existing Account Administrator can be replaced by another user who already holds the same role. Once the replacement is confirmed, the selected administrator can be safely inactivated or removed.

Expanded Categories in Usage Tracking

YoroAI Support Assistant Now Provides Navigation Links
We’ve enhanced the YoroAI Support Assistant to make user guidance more interactive and practical. With this update, the assistant can now provide direct navigation links based on the user’s query.
When users ask a question or look for help with a specific feature, YoroAI will not only provide step-by-step guidance but also include relevant navigation links that take users directly to the appropriate page or section in the platform.
This allows users to follow the instructions and perform the steps side by side, making it easier to complete tasks without manually searching for the required pages.
This improvement helps streamline the support experience, reduces navigation time, and enables users to resolve their queries more quickly while working within the application.
WhatsApp Chatbot Enhancements
We’ve introduced new enhancements to the WhatsApp Chatbot to improve interaction and communication with users.
With this update, users can now add up to ten buttons when listing options in the chatbot. This provides greater flexibility in presenting multiple choices, making conversations more structured and user-friendly.
Additionally, if users have created a process for the chatbot using Message Task and Message Status Task, they can now send messages directly through these tasks as part of the workflow. This allows chatbot interactions to be more seamlessly integrated with automated processes.

API Key Usage Summary
We’ve introduced an enhancement that provides better visibility into API Key management. Users can now view a summarized list of their API Keys along with key status counts.
This summary includes details such as the total number of API keys, the number of keys that are expiring soon, and the number of expired keys. With this information displayed in one place, users can quickly monitor the status of their keys and take timely action when needed.
This update helps improve API key management by making it easier to track validity, prevent unexpected expirations, and maintain secure integrations.
