Data table event automation
In Yoroflow’s event automation, a new feature is added to run a specific process when a row is added, updated, or a specific column is updated. Process can be created from the process tab by mapping the data table columns. When the user chooses the automation like when a row is added email notifications should be sent to the specific user, the user receives mail when a row is added to the data table. Similarly, this automation is applicable for when a row is added, updated, or a specific column is updated.
Air Call and Zoom integration in YoroDesk
In our latest update, YoroDesk is integrated with Air Call and Zoom applications. Once the administrator configures Air Call, any of the team members can create a board using this Air Call. Zoom can be integrated by any user for their board. When a board is created using Air Call or Zoom, the same number can’t be used to create another board.
Users can integrate any of the applications like Twilio, Air Call, or Zoom for voice and message settings.
If contact number is already configured with the contact details, users can directly make a call through any of the applications. Otherwise, users need to give the contact number manually in the popup window for calling the customer.
All the calls through these applications will be saved in the call history. Users can check the call history for further process. A voice call recording option is also available in this feature.
In addition to this, our latest update enables users who have access, make a call directly from the board itself without configuring the number separately.
