We’ve got something new to make your data experience more visual and engaging — introducing the Gallery View in the data table!
Now, instead of scanning through rows, you can see each record displayed as a sleek, easy-to-browse card. You’re in control of how it looks — customize the gallery by choosing your image settings, adjusting image size, and selecting up to three key columns to display.
Need to make a quick change? You can view or edit the entire row right from the gallery itself — no extra clicks needed. It’s faster, cleaner, and more intuitive.

API Keys in Webservice

With this update, API keys are now mapped directly in the Start Task of your webservice workflow. That means whenever an API key matches, the corresponding workflow will automatically trigger — no manual steps needed. Users can map the API key and its Secret key from the Manage API window.

Now, users can create loops based on users when calling another workflow. You can easily map users from the selected workflows, ensuring that tasks are executed for each mapped user automatically.

Import / Export Workflow

In our latest update, you can now use Array values within key workflow controls like the Webservice Node, AI Task, and OCR Task Node. Whenever a sample input needs to be provided, users can now enter it as an Array value and map each element separately for multiple inputs.

Enhanced Features in Drive
In our latest update, we’ve added three new columns — Created On, Created By, and Searchable. The Searchable column is a game-changer: it shows whether a folder is successfully embedded with the YoroAI Chatbot. Once the status shows Completed, the folder is ready to use.
And here’s the best part — no extra navigation is needed. Just click the Kebab Menu (three vertical dots) next to the folder, and you can launch AI Chat directly from there. It’s faster, smoother, and keeps everything in one place.
We’ve extended this functionality to audio files too! Users can view transcriptions directly from the Kebab Menu, and once the embedding is completed, the audio files can also be used in AI Chat instantly.
