Auto Complete
Yoroflow’s latest upgrade to the “Auto Complete” form field empowers users to carry out a range of operations. Users can now choose the data type as either ‘String’ or ‘Number’ to improve their functionality. Additionally, the Validations section has been enhanced with a new feature called “Operator” in the “Required When”, “Enable When”, and “Show When” categories. This new functionality enables users to perform essential operations beyond just checking if a selected field equals another. With this feature, users can execute required operations such as “greater than,” “less than,” “greater than or equal to,” “less than or equal to,” and “equal to.”
Events and Messages
In Yoroflow, Yoroproject, YoroCRM, and YoroDesk our latest update enables users to customize messages for different statuses, including “Welcome message,” “No answer,” “Call picked,” “Call ended,” and “Busy.” For the “Welcome message” and “Busy” statuses, users can enter personalized message content of their choice. For the other statuses, such as “No answer,” “Call picked,” and “Call ended,” users can specify a URL for navigation. These messages will be activated exclusively for the selected statuses.
Multiple configurations in Microsoft Azure
Our latest update allows users to set up multiple configurations in Microsoft Azure. Each configuration can have individual user assignments and permission settings. If a user has access to two or more configurations, they can choose one during the SSO sign-in process. This enhances flexibility and simplifies account management for users with multiple roles.
To access Azure control in Yorodesk’s Request form, users need to select the configuration while creating it.
Formula field
In Yorproject, Yoroflow, and Digital Workplace, we’ve introduced the “Formula Field” in the form fields. This feature enables users to input formulas using selected form fields, making it easier to perform complex calculations. With this enhancement, users can streamline their processes and improve data analysis efficiency.
Decision task
In Yoroflow’s workflow management, the UI for Decision Task work control has been updated. Users can now select the data type from options such as “String,” “Number,” “Date,” and “Date Time.” Depending on the chosen data type, they can then select the relevant column and operators to meet their specific needs. This enhancement offers greater flexibility and precision in workflow automation.
