AI-Powered Email Template Creation

We just rolled out a powerful new update, and it’s all about making email template creation faster, smarter, and more flexible.

With this enhancement, you now have three ways to build your perfect email template: AI-Powered Templates, Blank Templates, and Pre-Built Layouts.

If you love a head start, our Pre-Built Layouts give you ready-made designs you can plug your content into instantly. Prefer full creative control? Blank Templates let you start from scratch and craft your own layout, style, and flow.

But the real game-changer is the new AI-Powered Templates feature. Just enter your template name, add a prompt, pick a layout, and even upload your images. In seconds, the system generates a complete email template for you, no manual designing needed. You can preview it, make quick edits, and fine-tune it exactly the way you want.

And here’s the cherry on top: you can now check the spam score of your template right from the editor, helping you send emails that actually land in the inbox, not the spam folder.

This update is designed to save time, spark creativity, and give you a smoother email building experience. Whether you’re a designer, marketer, or just someone who wants great emails without the hassle.

Enhanced Contact Management

We’ve made managing your contact data even easier!

In the Contacts screen, you can now easily rearrange table columns with drag-and-drop and remove any columns you don’t need. This update gives you more flexibility, a cleaner view, and a layout that fits the way you work.

Archive in Project Management

We’ve just introduced an enhancement in project management — an Archive option designed to keep your workspace clean, organized, and easier to navigate.

You can now switch between Active Projects and Archived Projects using simple filters, so you’ll always see exactly what you need without digging through old work. Archived projects are read-only, meaning you can still view all their details without worrying about accidental edits.

This update helps you declutter your project list, stay focused on current work, and still keep past projects accessible whenever you need them. It’s a small enhancement with a big impact on everyday productivity.

Portfolio in Project

We’ve rolled out a new way to organize your work even better — Project Portfolios.

You can now create separate portfolios and group multiple projects under each one, making it easier to manage large initiatives or categorize work by team, department, or client. You also have full control over who can access each portfolio, so you can invite team members based on your needs and keep everything secure and structured.

Within every portfolio, you can view all your projects in either card view or list view, complete with project status and due dates. Just click on any project to jump straight into its task board.

A couple of important notes:
– Portfolios can’t be deleted if they still contain projects.
– Projects can’t be added to a portfolio if they already belong to another one.

This update brings more clarity, better organization, and smoother project oversight to your workspace.

Calendar View in My Task

Managing tasks in Yoroflow just got more flexible and visually intuitive!

You can now view your tasks not only in the classic table view, but also in a brand-new calendar view. This makes it easier to plan your work, track deadlines, and understand your workload at a glance.

Just click on any task in the calendar to jump straight to its details. You can also apply filters to see only what matters — whether that’s tasks for the week, tasks assigned to you, or tasks from a specific workflow.

This update gives you a clearer picture of your schedule, helps you stay organized, and makes task management feel a whole lot smoother.

Enhanced Process Creation

We’ve introduced a smarter, more flexible way to build workflows in Yoroflow — giving you three different options to create processes exactly the way you want:

1. Design Custom Process:

If you prefer to build from scratch, you can design your own workflow using either Normal Mode or Synchronize Mode.

Normal Mode includes user-driven tasks and lets you choose the form type you want to work with.
Synchronize Mode skips manual tasks entirely — just launch the workflow and get instant results. It’s perfect for fully automated flows.

2. Create Process From Templates:

Need a head start? Choose from existing workflow templates and customize them to fit your needs. It’s fast, practical, and great when you don’t want to build everything from zero.

3. Import Existing Process:

Already have a process created elsewhere? Simply upload it and get started right away.

Updating a Process:

We’ve also improved how you update your workflows. You can modify the flow, adjust security access, and update persistence settings with a clear, step-by-step editing experience.

If you only need to update the flow, just make your changes and save — no need to reconfigure everything else.

Relatable Column in Data Table Task

We’ve added a smarter way to keep your data clean and accurate!

Users can now map input form variables directly to the corresponding columns in the Data Table. This ensures that only valid and properly formatted data gets added to your records. If any entry doesn’t meet the mapped conditions, it will automatically move to the Error Tasks section instead of disrupting your data.

This update helps you maintain cleaner datasets, reduce manual corrections, and keep your workflows running smoothly.
