Users can now create custom report formats within Advanced Widgets on dashboards, including tables, charts, and cards. The widget configuration allows users to define X-axis and Y-axis values using available task data displayed in convenient dropdown menus, making it easy to build reports tailored to their specific reporting needs. 

AI Insights Added to Contact Cards

Our latest enhancement introduces AI Insights directly within Contact Cards, giving users instant access to smarter, data-driven contact intelligence without leaving the CRM view. 

With AI Insights, users can now view a comprehensive overview of each contact, including a quick summary, engagement percentage, behavioral analysis, winning probability, average response time, best time to connect, and a detailed engagement breakdown. 

To help teams take the next best action, the feature also delivers AI-powered recommendations tailored to each contact. These insights guide users on how to engage more effectively, improve follow-up strategies, and increase the likelihood of conversion. 

This update empowers sales and customer-facing teams to make faster, more informed decisions and build stronger engagement with every contact. 

Added Support for RAR File Attachments

Users can now upload and attach RAR file formats directly within both Project and CRM cards, expanding the range of supported file types across the platform. 

This enhancement makes it easier for teams to share compressed project files, bundled assets, archived documents, and large grouped resources without needing to convert them before uploading. 

By supporting RAR attachments, we’re improving file management flexibility and helping teams keep all relevant project and customer-related documents centralized in one place for smoother collaboration and easier access.  

Enhanced Task Summary by User Widget

We’ve improved the Task Summary by User Widget to provide more complete visibility into team activity and workload distribution. 

With this enhancement, the widget will now display all users in the team, including those who currently have no assigned tasks. This gives managers and team leads a clearer view of overall team capacity and helps identify underutilized resources more effectively. 

Additionally, the Task In Progress and Task Completed counts are now calculated based on the total number of tasks created, ensuring more accurate and consistent reporting within the widget. 

This update makes task tracking more transparent and helps teams gain better insights into performance, allocation, and productivity at a glance. 

Agent Performance Report in YoroCRM

We’ve introduced a powerful new Agent Performance Report Widget to the YoroCRM dashboard, designed to help teams track and evaluate sales agent performance more effectively. 

This widget provides a detailed performance snapshot for each CRM agent, including their name, total number of deals handled, deals won, win percentage, turnaround time, revenue generated, and current status. 

With all key performance metrics available in one centralized view, managers can quickly identify top performers, monitor pipeline efficiency, and uncover opportunities for coaching or process improvement. 

This enhancement enables sales leaders to make more informed decisions, improve team accountability, and gain deeper visibility into overall sales performance directly from the dashboard. 

User Revenue Target Achievement Widget

We’ve added a new Revenue Target Tracking Widget to help teams monitor their sales targets more efficiently in real time. 

This widget can be configured based on weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly targets, with the flexibility for users to define custom target periods based on their business needs. 

Based on the selected configuration, the widget displays Revenue Target vs. Revenue Achieved in an easy-to-read day-wise bar chart, giving teams a clear visual representation of progress over time. 

With real-time tracking and flexible target settings, this enhancement makes it easier for teams to stay aligned with goals, identify performance gaps early, and take proactive steps to improve results. 

Dialogue-Box for WhatsApp communication

We’ve improved WhatsApp notifications to make customer communication faster and more seamless. 

Users can now click directly on a WhatsApp notification to instantly view the related conversation and reply to messages from the same window, without navigating away or opening a separate screen. 

This enhancement streamlines communication workflows, reduces response time, and helps teams manage customer conversations more efficiently. 

By enabling quick in-window replies, users can stay focused, respond faster, and maintain smoother engagement with customers across WhatsApp interactions. 

Google Maps Integration Added to Worklog Feature

Our latest enhancement brings Google Maps integration to the Worklog feature, enabling more accurate and location-aware work tracking. 

Admins can now connect Google Maps services to their license using their API key to activate location-based worklog tracking. 

Once integrated, admins can view each user’s worklog alongside the exact location where the log was recorded, providing greater visibility into field activity and remote workforce operations. 

If a user logs work from multiple locations, the system will display the complete location flow for each worklog entry on the map, allowing admins to track movement patterns and verify location history with ease. 

This update helps organizations improve operational transparency, monitor distributed teams more effectively, and gain deeper insights into location-based work activities. 

Event Automation based on Due Date Changes

We’ve expanded workflow automation capabilities by introducing automation rules based on Due Date Changes. 

Users can now configure automated actions to trigger whenever a task’s due date is updated, enabling smarter and more responsive workflow management. 

Available automation actions include: 

  • Notifying specific users or teams  
  • Assigning the task to a designated user  
  • Running predefined processes automatically  
  • Creating a new task in a selected project  
  • Reassigning ownership to a specific user while removing all other assignees  

This enhancement helps teams automate time-sensitive workflows, reduce manual follow-ups, and ensure that due date changes immediately trigger the right next steps. 

By making task scheduling more dynamic and actionable, teams can improve accountability, streamline operations, and maintain better project control. 

Enhanced Scheduled Reports with More Formats and Customization

We’ve improved the task creation experience to help users create tasks with greater clarity and better planning details. 

When creating a new task card, users can now define key task attributes directly during setup, including team member assignments, start date, due date, priority, labels, estimates, and sprint information. 

To provide additional flexibility, these required fields can be customized through Advanced Settings, allowing teams to modify task creation requirements based on their workflow needs. 

This enhancement enables teams to capture all essential task details upfront, reducing back-and-forth updates and improving task organization from the start. 

With more structured task creation, teams can plan work more accurately, improve sprint readiness, and ensure better visibility across projects and workflows. 

Multiple DB Search in YoroAI Chatbot

We’ve enhanced YoroAI Chatbot with the ability to link parent and child data tables, enabling more intelligent and connected data retrieval across structured datasets. 

With this update, the chatbot can now search and analyze query-related information across multiple linked data tables, rather than being limited to a single table source. 

This enhancement allows users to retrieve more comprehensive and context-aware answers when working with relational data, improving the chatbot’s ability to understand complex data relationships. 

By supporting multi-table linked searches, YoroAI Chatbot delivers deeper insights, more accurate responses, and a smarter data exploration experience for users working with interconnected business data. 

Convert Form Values into PDF Files with Ease

We’ve introduced a new enhancement that allows users to convert form values directly into PDF files for easier documentation and record management. 

With this feature, submitted form data can now be stored within a generated document and seamlessly converted into PDF format whenever needed. 

This makes it simple for teams to create downloadable, shareable, and print-ready versions of form submissions without manual formatting or data copying. 

Whether for approvals, contracts, reports, or archived records, this update helps streamline document generation and improves overall workflow efficiency. 

Delete Option in Persistence Table

Users with owner access can now delete records from the Persistence table. This enhancement gives administrators greater control over stored data, allowing them to manage and maintain records more effectively. It also helps ensure that outdated or unnecessary entries can be removed easily, improving overall data hygiene and system performance. 

Script Feature in Table Fields

A new Script option has been added under Table Properties in Form Controls. This feature allows users to write custom scripts to configure and customize their table output. 

With this enhancement, users can dynamically control how data is displayed by pulling values from the same table fields or using fields within the same form. It provides greater flexibility in structuring table data based on specific business needs and improves overall form customization capabilities. 

Script Field in Form Control

Now, users can use scripts directly within their forms using the Script Form Control. This feature enables greater flexibility by allowing users to add custom logic at the form level. 

With this capability, users can utilize fields from other forms to configure and control the output of the current form. It helps create more dynamic and context-aware forms, improving how data is processed and displayed based on specific requirements. 

Mobile Application Enhancement

While logging in through mobile devices, users will now be prompted to enable location access and grant permission for continuous location tracking. This permission is mandatory to proceed with login. 

Once enabled, the system can track the user’s location even in offline mode, ensuring better monitoring and improved data accuracy based on real-time and background location updates. This helps organizations maintain more reliable activity records, especially for field-based and remote employees. 

It also enhances security and accountability by ensuring location data is consistently captured during work sessions. Additionally, this feature supports better visibility into workforce movement and operational efficiency without requiring constant manual updates.
