Each of these updates has been designed to streamline processes, improve task tracking, and offer greater flexibility for teams managing complex workflows.

Let’s delve in!

What’s New in Yoroflow?

Staging

In workflow management, we’ve introduced a new feature called Staging for User Task and Approval Task work controls. This enhancement enables users to group two or more tasks together according to their needs. By default, the task name will also be assigned to the stage name, but users have the flexibility to modify this stage name. Additionally, this feature is integrated into the widget, allowing for easy report creation based on grouped tasks. This makes tracking progress and performance more streamlined than ever.

Due date control

An enhancement in workflow management is the introduction of Due Date Control for User Tasks and Approval Tasks within the workflow controls. Users can establish due dates by mapping dynamic due dates from forms or by entering fixed values. The Due Date Control accommodates both values and units, allowing for numeric input alongside options for Days, Months, Hours, and Minutes.

This feature facilitates the assignment and reassignment of tasks among team members using strategies like round robin or least loaded user. When the designated due date arrives, the task will be reassigned to another user according to the chosen strategy, and a notification email will be sent to the user to whom the task is already assigned with.

Email notifications for admins

Yoroflow’s latest enhancement enables users to send emails even when issues arise with the registered SMTP email ID. If the registered email ID is incorrect or nonexistent for any reason, routine emails such as notifications, OTPs, and other communications can still be dispatched to customers using Yoroflow’s bot email ID. Additionally, a notification email will be sent to the task administrator, alerting them that the registered email ID is unable to trigger emails. This feature ensures that administrators are informed of the issue, allowing them to address and resolve the problem promptly.

Wrapper API for relatable columns

Wrapper APIs will now display all the relevant columns from other data tables that are associated with the current data table. This new feature enhances the wrapper API by providing both the related columns and their corresponding data. This improves data accessibility and streamlines integration across various applications.

Sprint start date restrictions

Our latest enhancement gives users the flexibility to start a sprint on any date within the specified time frame. This improvement allows for greater control over project timelines, ensuring that sprints can be aligned with team availability or project needs. By offering this scheduling flexibility, teams can better manage their workflow and meet deadlines more efficiently.

Yoroflow’s continuous focus on improving workflow management tools empowers teams to work smarter and more efficiently. The new Staging feature simplifies task grouping, while Due Date Control ensures timely task completion with flexible reassignment strategies. Enhanced email notifications keep administrators informed of issues in real-time, and the Wrapper API boosts data accessibility. Lastly, the flexible Sprint start date feature enables more adaptable project scheduling. Together, these updates provide users with the tools they need to boost productivity and streamline operations across their projects.
