Custom Fields in Approval and User Task
We’re introducing a powerful new update in workflow management! Users can now select custom fields to generate a PDF table, providing greater control over data presentation. With this enhancement, you can map essential fields, edit and update display names in both approval and user tasks. Once the task is triggered, the system will automatically generate a PDF file and table, sending it directly to the user via email. This update ensures a more streamlined and customizable document generation process within your workflows.
New Widgets in Yoroflow
We’re thrilled to announce the addition of new widgets in Yoroflow! The User Task Data, Workflow Task Data, and Workflow Summary widgets offer both summary and detailed reports to help you track your workflow performance more effectively. The detailed report includes insights such as the number of tasks created, in progress, completed, cancelled, and rejected, all broken down by user and workflow. The Workflow Summary widget provides an overall view of tasks within specific workflows, making it easier to monitor progress and performance at a glance. These new features bring more transparency and control to your workflow management.
Additionally, we have introduced the User Task Data Chart and Workflow Task Data Chart to present insights visually, making it easier for users to analyze and understand task data effectively.
Enhanced Email Mapping in Yoroflow
Managing email communications just got easier! With our latest update, users can now map emails directly from the data table email list, streamlining the process of sending automated emails. Additionally, BCC and CC fields can also be mapped directly from the data table, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy.
