Team level Security in YoroDrive
We’re excited to introduce a powerful new update to YoroDrive that enhances both access management and security. With this new feature, users can now easily grant permissions to entire teams instead of assigning them individually to each team member. Simply select the desired team and grant access in a single action, streamlining the process and improving collaboration.
This update also takes security to the next level. Now, when granting permissions for a folder in YoroDrive, users can set access for subfolders within the same team that has access to the main folder. However, subfolders cannot have permissions changed for users or teams outside of the main folder’s access group. This ensures tighter security and more controlled access management.
Workflow Instance Id in Text Controls
We’re excited to announce a new enhancement that adds greater flexibility to your workflow. You can now use the Workflow Instance ID from Launched User Attributes and map it to all Text Controls across various tasks, including Start Task, User Task, Message Task, PDF Generation, and Email Task. This new functionality enables seamless tracking and ensures consistent use of the Workflow Instance ID throughout your workflow processes.
