We’re excited to announce a new update to YoroAI Chatbots—enhanced security features designed to give you greater control over access and collaboration.
With this update, administrators can now manage team-level permissions with precision. You can assign read-only access to teams that need to use the chatbots without making any changes—ideal for users who only need to ask questions and access chatbot responses.
For teams involved in chatbot development or maintenance, edit access can be granted, allowing them to make updates or modifications as needed.
This added layer of security ensures your AI chatbot environment remains protected, organized, and collaborative—empowering teams to work smarter, securely.


Notification Center Just Got Better
We’re excited to roll out a handy upgrade to our Notification Center that makes managing your messages easier than ever.
Now, your inbox is neatly split into two tabs — People and Groups. Messages from individual contacts show up under the People tab, while all group messages are organized separately in the Group tab. This simple split helps you quickly find the conversations that matter most.
Plus, when you open a group message, you’ll see the list of group members right there, so you know exactly who’s in the conversation without any extra clicks.
This update is all about making your messaging smoother and more efficient.


Smarter Contact Filtering in YoroCRM
We’ve just made contact management in YoroCRM even smarter!
With our latest enhancement, users can now automate contact creation using advanced filters based on email and WhatsApp message content. For example, if an incoming email or WhatsApp message begins with or exactly matches a specific value, the system will automatically skip creating a new contact.
This helps reduce clutter, avoid duplicate entries, and keep your contact list clean and relevant. It’s one more way YoroCRM is helping you streamline communication and stay organized effortlessly.




New ‘Task’ Column Added to Data Table
We’ve added a powerful new feature to the Data Table—introducing the Task column!
With this enhancement, users can now search by task name or task ID and easily associate tasks directly with the Data Table. Whether you’re managing workflows or tracking assignments, this update brings more context and clarity to your data.
Additionally, the Data Table is now split license-wise—meaning, tables created under one license are isolated and can’t be accessed from another license. This helps eliminate confusion, boosts data security, and keeps your workspace organized.

New 'Data Link' Tab in Task Cards
We’ve added a new way to bring more context to your tasks with the introduction of the ‘Data Link’ tab in task cards.
This new tab displays the Data Table and related details that the task is associated with, giving users quick visibility into where and how the task is connected within your workflow.
No more jumping between screens—everything you need is now right inside the task card. It’s all about saving time, reducing confusion, and making task management even more intuitive.

Enhanced Customization for Dashboard
We’re making reporting and form customization in Yoroflow even more powerful!
With our latest update, users can now select specific fields or search field values in form-based reports to apply functions like sum, average, and count—helping you create more meaningful, data-driven reports.
That’s not all—form layouts are now fully customizable. You can easily set the display order of your fields to better match your workflow and improve the user experience. Also, they can choose the column to be sortable or filterable by enabling the toggle button.
Whether you’re analyzing performance or designing cleaner forms, this update gives you more control, more flexibility, and a smoother experience across the board.


Users can now export both tabular and chart reports with a customizable option to choose between row-wise or column-wise formats. Whether you’re organizing data for a presentation or doing a deep-dive analysis, you’re in full control of how your report looks. This update makes it easier to share insights, build reports your way, and work smarter with your data.


Now, users can simply click on the Workflow Task ID to instantly view a detailed breakdown of the task timeline and current status. No more digging through layers—everything you need to track progress is right at your fingertips. This enhancement brings more transparency and saves time, helping teams stay aligned and informed every step of the way.


Introducing Synchronized Process in Workflows
We’ve introduced a powerful new option in Workflow Management and Digital Workplace—Synchronized Process.
When creating workflows, users can now choose between a standard Process or a Synchronized Process. The synchronized option is designed for fully automated workflows that run without user interaction, making it ideal for real-time, backend automation.
In a synchronized process, only automation-related workflow controls are available. The Start task supports only a Webservice task, which kicks off the process instantly. The End task is tied to a custom response, allowing users to retrieve the final output as soon as the initial webservice is triggered—no more waiting around.
This update empowers users to build faster, smarter workflows that deliver immediate results. Automation just got a serious upgrade.
