Enhanced WhatsApp Integration in Chatbots
Here’s a new enhancement to make your WhatsApp chatbot experience even smarter.
You can now connect one WhatsApp number to multiple chatbots—no more juggling numbers or setups. To keep responses clear and accurate, users can define specific keywords for each chatbot. When a message comes in, the system automatically matches the keyword and triggers the right chatbot to respond, even if several bots are linked to the same number. Simple, smart, and confusion-free.
We’ve also introduced a new option that lets chatbots automatically respond to messages from existing contacts. This feature gives you full control—you can turn it on or off anytime based on your communication needs.
What this means for your team:
- Route conversations more intelligently without manual intervention
- Maintain consistent and relevant replies across different use cases
- Scale WhatsApp engagement without adding operational complexity
Overall, these updates help you deliver faster, more accurate conversations while keeping complete control in your hands—just the way modern customer communication should be.
We’ve rolled out a new enhancement to user management—giving you more control when inactivating users.
Improved User Management
With this update, users can be inactivated cleanly and securely, without disrupting ongoing work. When you try to inactivate a user in a supervisor role, the system now handles it a little differently. These users are shown separately, and you’re given clear options to either transfer their responsibilities and roles to another team member or remove all the reporting people for that supervisor.
Why this update matters:
- Prevents gaps in ownership and accountability
- Makes role transitions smoother during team changes
- Keeps workflows and approvals running without interruptions
Overall, this enhancement ensures your user management stays organized, flexible, and risk-free, even as your teams evolve.
YoroAI Assistant for Project Portfolio
We’ve expanded the YoroAI Assistant in Project Management to support portfolio-level actions—making high-level planning faster and easier than ever.
Users can now manage portfolios using natural language. That means you can create new portfolios, edit or delete existing ones, and even create or remove dashboards—all by simply telling the AI what you want to do. No clicks, no digging through menus.
Why this is a big win:
- Manage portfolios and dashboards in seconds, not minutes
- Reduce manual steps and speed up decision-making
- Keep project and portfolio views aligned without extra effort
With this update, portfolio management feels more intuitive and conversational—letting you focus on strategy while the AI handles the setup.
Task Type in Filters
We’ve made task management more flexible and easier to navigate with a set of new enhancements.
Task Type is now available as a filter, allowing users to quickly sort and view tasks based on their task hierarchy levels. Whether you’re focusing on parent tasks or drilling into subtasks, finding the right work is now faster and more intuitive.
We’ve also enhanced task cards by adding a new Child Tasks menu. This lets you view all related child tasks in one place and jump directly to any child’s task with a single click—no more scrolling or searching.
What this update helps you do:
- Filter and organize tasks more precisely
- Understand task hierarchies at a glance
- Navigate between parent and child tasks effortlessly
- Save time when managing complex task structures
Overall, these improvements make it easier to stay organized, maintain clarity across task dependencies, and keep projects moving smoothly—even as they grow in complexity.
Scope in Event Mapping
We’ve added more flexibility to how you define outputs using scopes.
Users can now set the output scope as local or global, depending on how and where the data needs to be used. You can also assign constant values when required—giving you more control without adding extra steps.
This update makes it easier to manage data flow, reuse outputs across workflows, and keep configurations clean and predictable.
Smarter Campaign Dashboards
We’ve made dashboards more interactive and action-ready.
Scheduled campaign reports are now available directly within dashboards, giving you quick visibility into campaign performance. Even better, all dashboard counts are now clickable, so you can jump straight from a metric to the exact campaign it represents—no extra navigation needed.
With these updates, dashboards aren’t just for viewing data anymore. They help you act faster, explore insights instantly, and move seamlessly from reports to execution—all in one place.
Activities in Contacts
We’ve introduced a new Activities view in Contacts—so all your communication stays organized in one place.
Users can now see every interaction under a single Activities tab, with conversations neatly grouped by Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Calls. No more jumping between screens or tools—everything related to a contact is visible on one page.
From the same view, users can quickly navigate to the contact details or any related tasks, making follow-ups faster and more contextual. You can also send a new email, message via SMS or WhatsApp, or place a call directly from the Activities tab—without leaving the page.
Why you’ll love this update:
- Get a complete interaction history at a glance
- Respond faster with fewer clicks
- Keep conversations and tasks perfectly connected
This update makes contact management more streamlined, actionable, and built for real-world communication workflows.
Tables in Advanced Widget
Our latest enhancement adds table support to the Advanced Widget—giving you more control over how reports are displayed.
Users can now create table-based reports within the Advanced Widget and fully customize the layout to match their needs. You can adjust column names, change the column order, and apply filters to focus on the data that matters most.
This update makes reports easier to read, more flexible to configure, and better suited for detailed analysis—without extra setup or complexity.
Enhanced Calendar View in Workflow Management
In workflow management’s calendar view, we have added a new option – Display as. This option allows to filter the views based on the fields which are all enabled in persistance table.
This release isn’t just about new features—it’s about unlocking momentum. With smarter automation, deeper visibility, and more intuitive controls across chatbots, workflows, projects, campaigns, and reports, your teams can do more with less effort. Everything is faster, more connected, and easier to manage. As your business scales, these enhancements ensure your platform scales with you—keeping you agile, responsive, and always one step ahead.
