Smarter Task Tracking and Reassignment
Task management has always let you view task statuses and reassign work, but we’ve extended that visibility further — you can now track task status and handle reassignments directly inside loop nodes as well. This means you have a complete view of task progress no matter where a task sits within your workflow.
On the reassignment front, you can now select multiple teams at once when reassigning a user task, rather than having to reassign one team at a time. It’s a small change that makes a meaningful difference when managing complex, multi-team workflows.
The dashboard menu has also gotten more intuitive. You can now edit and delete menu items through simple drag-and-drop, arranging them in whatever order works best for how you work. And for those who rely on persistence tables, you can now enable them directly from the dashboard menu — no need to dig through settings.
Smarter Script Execution for Data Tables
We’ve introduced a new scripting capability in the data table that gives you fine-grained control over how and when scripts are applied to your records.
You can choose to run a script against all existing records, or apply it only to new records going forward — whichever suits your use case. Beyond that, you control the execution: scripts can execute automatically when a new record is created, or when an existing record is updated. This opens up a lot of possibilities for automating data processing without any manual intervention.
Enhanced Template Customization
We’ve added four predefined templates — Modern, Professional, Minimal, and Executive — each designed for different working styles. You can use any of the templates, or customize them to better match your needs. Once you’ve got things looking the way you want, you can set your preferred template as the default directly from the settings panel.
Improved Contact Recovery & Organization Details
In yorodesk, can now view a full list of deleted contacts and restore them whenever you need to — either all at once, or by selecting specific contacts individually.
In contact forms now include a dedicated section for organization details. You can capture company information as part of the contact record itself, keeping everything organized in one place.
Flexible Persistence Table Sync
Syncing records to your persistence table is now more flexible. You can sync all records in one go, or narrow your sync down to a specific date range — ideal when you’re analyzing data from a particular period and don’t need the full history. This makes it easier to work with the data that’s actually relevant to you at any given time.
Work Log Notifications & Export
Staying on top of task creation and work logging just got easier. You’ll now receive email notifications when tasks haven’t been created or when team members haven’t submitted their work logs. It’s a simple prompt that helps teams stay accountable without requiring manual follow-ups.
We’ve also added the ability to export and download the work log table directly. Whether you’re sharing it with stakeholders or running your own analysis, getting that data out of the platform is now just a click away.
Personalized SAML Login Experience
For organizations using SAML-based single sign-on, you can now customize the label on the SAML login button to match your preferred naming or branding. It’s a small touch, but one that makes the login experience feel more native to your organization for everyone who uses it.
