Let’s take a closer look at what’s been improved!
Smarter Workflows: Yoroflow’s Newest Updates Explained
Text Editor in Form Controls
In our latest product update, we’re excited to introduce a powerful enhancement to the form controls— the addition of a text editor! With this new feature, users can now seamlessly integrate a fully functional text editor into their forms. This allows for a more dynamic and customizable user experience, enabling respondents to easily format and style their responses with options like bold, italics, bullet points, and more. Whether you’re collecting feedback, survey responses, or other form data, the text editor empowers you to capture richer, more detailed input directly from your users.

Auto Approval and Auto Reject
In the latest enhancement to Yoroflow, we’ve introduced new automation options for the approval task—Auto Approval and Auto Reject. Users can now set a Due Date or choose a Timeout option to streamline their approval workflows.
With the Due Date option, users can specify a deadline to automatically trigger Auto Approval, Auto Reject, or even reassign the task to another user. Alternatively, the Timeout option allows users to define a “No Action” scenario, ensuring that once the set time elapses, the workflow seamlessly moves to the next connected task.
Users can utilize both the Due Date and Timeout options within the same workflow. If both are configured for the same time, the Timeout option takes priority, ensuring the workflow proceeds based on the designated “No Action” condition.
These enhancements provide greater flexibility and automation, reducing manual interventions and improving overall workflow efficiency.

Comment Notifications for Read-Only Users
We’re excited to introduce a new enhancement in workflow management—comment notifications for read-only users!
With this update, users who have read-only access to a workflow will now receive notifications when they are tagged in a comment. This ensures they stay informed and engaged in the conversation. Additionally, while they cannot make changes to the workflow itself, they can view and reply to comments, enabling seamless collaboration and better communication within the team.

These new features are designed to simplify processes, improve automation, and enhance collaboration. Whether it’s adding rich text to forms, streamlining approvals, or keeping read-only users informed, these updates bring more flexibility and efficiency to your workflow. Stay tuned for more improvements as we continue to enhance your experience!
