Yoroflow's Latest Game-Changing Enhancement Unveiled

Get Microsoft account client and secret for organization level

In our latest enhancement for Yoroflow, we’re introducing an organization-level client ID and secret key feature to seamlessly integrate Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams. This update allows users to effortlessly connect these applications by utilizing their organization’s unique client ID and secret key. Users have the flexibility to update or remove configured applications as needed. Deleting the configured client ID will also remove associated email settings and linked support boards, with a confirmation alert displayed before deletion. With this enhancement, users can create multiple emails using just one client ID, catering to their diverse needs.

Contacts in organization folder

We’ve introduced an enhancement to streamline file access in YoroCRM. Previously, files could be found in the contact and organization menus. Now, under the files section in the organization tab, we’ve added a “Contact” folder. When users create a contact with attached files, these files will be organized into a subfolder in the name of contact within the “Contact” folder, making it easier to locate and manage associated files. These files can also be accessed from Yorodrive

User management badge for active & inactive user

Another recent update to YoroCRM enhances user management by allowing users to efficiently manage active and inactive users. At the top right of the user management page, we’ve added “All,” “Active,” and “Inactive” buttons. Users can select any of these options to view the corresponding user list as needed.

Additionally, we’ve introduced a new “Licenses” column, displaying all the licenses each user holds. A filter has also been added, enabling users to easily filter licenses as required.

Contact Validation

In YoroCRM, we’ve introduced contact validation to enhance email marketing efficiency. Previously, you could view email campaign statuses such as “Total Sent,” “Delivered,” and “Unsent.” Our latest update adds an icon to indicate when an email has not been delivered. Users can click on the contact to verify if the email address is valid. If it is, they can click the “Mark as Valid” button to validate it. This enhancement addresses issues where valid emails were previously excluded from further campaigns due to delivery failures. Now, validated email addresses can be included in future campaigns.

YoroDesk Inbound Call Ticket Association Changes

In our latest YoroDesk update, users now have the option to link incoming calls to existing tickets or create new ones. When an incoming call occurs, a popup window appears. Upon attending the call, another popup displays, offering the choice to associate it with an existing ticket or create a new one. If the user selects “Associate,” all existing tickets linked to the contact are displayed. Opting for “New Request” presents a list of categories for selecting the appropriate ticket type, along with fields to input details like Title, Priority, and Name. Should the user opt to associate with an existing ticket instead of creating a new one, only the call history will be added to the existing ticket.

We believe that these improvements will not only streamline your workflow but also empower you to achieve even greater success in your endeavors. As always, we value your feedback and encourage you to explore these new features thoroughly.
