Instead of recording every login and logout as separate entries, the system now maintains a single login and logout record for each user per day. Users can filter records by date, view active and offline users, and export the data whenever required.

Ticket View Tracking in Yorodesk
When a ticket is assigned to a user, you can see exactly when they opened it — directly from the dashboard.
