Email Template Creation with AI

In YoroConnect, users can now generate email template images directly through AI. You can upload your own visuals—or simply let the AI create the image for you. This makes designing email templates faster, easier, and far more creative. 

No more switching tools or waiting on designers. With AI-powered image creation built right in, you can craft stunning emails that match your brand in minutes. It’s seamless, intuitive, and perfect for teams that want to move quickly without compromising on quality. 

Enhanced Chart-Based Report

In our latest enhancement, we’ve integrated Chart JSON to power chart-based reports. Users can now choose exactly which tasks they want to display—making every report more focused and meaningful. Just remove the tasks you don’t need, and present clean, easy-to-read visual insights. 

This update gives teams more control, clearer visibility, and the flexibility to tailor reports to any audience. It also helps you highlight progress with precision and showcase the metrics that matter most. With this improvement, reporting becomes not just easier—but smarter. 

Contact Creation through Workflow

Users can now restrict contact creation using unique fields. When a customer’s input matches the defined unique field criteria, the system will automatically create the contact. If it doesn’t, it will display an error instead of generating duplicate or invalid entries. 

This enhancement keeps your database clean, accurate, and reliable—without any manual cleanup. It also helps teams maintain consistent records across campaigns and touchpoints. With stronger validation built in, your contact management becomes more efficient, organized, and trustworthy. 

Contact Node in Process Controls

We’ve introduced a new Contact Node in workflow controls. With this feature, users can choose to either skip or overwrite a contact if it already exists. If the incoming contact details don’t match the defined unique fields, the system will automatically create a new contact. 

This gives teams greater flexibility in managing customer data directly within automated workflows. It eliminates the need for repeated manual checks and keeps your contact list clean and consistent. You can now automate lead handling with more confidence, knowing every record is validated before being added or updated. This enhancement ensures smoother operations and more reliable customer data across the board. 

Creating Different Views in My Task

Users can now create multiple custom views using filters. When they need to focus on only a specific set of tasks, they can simply apply filters and save those settings as a named view. This makes it easy to switch between different perspectives depending on the workflow. 

Users can create as many views as they need—each tailored to a unique process, priority, or team preference. This update brings more flexibility, faster navigation, and a cleaner way to organize task data. 

Advanced Option in Email Task

In Process Management, users now have more control over which templates they want to work with. They can choose to access either the latest live templates or stick to older versions based on their needs. 

If they want to view and use the current live templates, they can simply enable the toggle button next to the Advanced option. 

This update helps teams switch between versions effortlessly, maintain accuracy, and stay aligned with evolving processes—without digging through multiple template lists. 

Project Portfolio

We’ve rolled out a series of enhancements to the Project Management Portfolio to make planning, tracking, and organizing projects more seamless than ever. Users will now find improved options across projects, dashboards, and resource planning for a smoother, more intuitive experience. 

Project

Within Projects, users can update the project status anytime, giving teams greater flexibility in managing progress. Project views are now split into Active and Archived, making it easier to find what you’re looking for without clutter. Users can also move multiple projects or add them to a specific portfolio in a single action—saving time and reducing manual work. 

Additionally, projects inside a portfolio can now be viewed in List View or Card View, allowing users to choose the layout that best fits their workflow. In list view, they can choose multiple projects to perform actions like copy or move them to another portfolio. Also we have added search filter and status filter in the protfolioThese enhancements bring more clarity, better organization, and a cleaner way to manage complex project structures. 

Resource Planning

We’ve expanded Resource Planning to give teams a clearer, more accurate picture of work distribution. Users can now view estimated hours, capacity, and utilized resources—both user-wise and project-wise—for smarter planning and better workload visibility. Estimated hours can be set directly from User Management, ensuring all resource calculations stay aligned and up to date. 

With these improvements, teams can quickly identify who’s overloaded, who has available bandwidth, and how effort is being allocated across projects. 

Dashboard

The updated Dashboard brings key insights front and center. Users can now view the total number of projects, a detailed breakdown of portfolio status, and workload insights based on user capacity. 

This provides an at-a-glance overview of performance, making it easier to track progress, balance workloads, and keep teams aligned. 

Latest Enhancements in Documents

In our latest enhancement, we’ve refreshed the interface to make it cleaner, more intuitive, and more enjoyable to use. We’ve also added emoji support, allowing users to bring more personality and visual clarity to their documents. 

A major upgrade in this release is the ability to create tasks directly from your documents. Simply highlight any text and convert it into a task instantly—then map it to the right project and status. A task link is automatically generated, making it easy to navigate back to the task with a single click. 

These improvements streamline collaboration, reduce manual steps, and make your documents more interactive and actionable than ever. 

Social Media Management in YoroCRM

We’re excited to announce a powerful new addition to YoroCRMSocial Media Management! Now, you can seamlessly manage your social media presence directly from YoroCRM. 

With this update, you can: 

  • Connect all your social accounts and manage them in one place. 
  • Create and schedule posts without switching platforms. 
  • Track engagement—see likes, comments, and shares in real time. 
  • Respond to comments directly from YoroCRM, keeping your audience engaged effortlessly.

Loop Node in Workflow Controls

We’ve added a powerful new Loop Node to workflow controls—designed to handle tasks that need to repeat for a set of users or specific terms. With this enhancement, you can now automate repetitive processes with more precision and flexibility. 

Users can define conditions to either break or continue the loop: 

  • When a break condition is met, the loop stops immediately. 
  • When a continue condition is matched, that specific iteration is skipped while the loop continues running. 

This ensures smoother automation, eliminates unnecessary manual steps, and helps teams create more intelligent, dynamic workflows. It’s especially useful when managing large data sets or assigning tasks across multiple team members.
