This new feature gives you more control and context when interacting with AI. Here’s how it works:
Users can now select a specific portion of text and activate Free Flow Text. The AI will respond only to selected content, allowing for more focused, relevant replies. If nothing is selected, the AI will automatically consider the entire content in the comment box to generate a response.
And to make things even better, conversation history is maintained during your session—so as long as the window is open, you can ask follow-up questions, compare previous responses, and refine your content more effectively.

Do you need to jump to a specific task? Just click on any task in the sidebar, and you’ll be taken straight to that task card.

Application Metrics for Better Task Insights
We’re excited to launch our newest feature—Application Metrics—designed to give you a clear snapshot of your task performance.
Now, application owners can easily track key stats like In Process Tasks, Completed Tasks, Error Tasks, and Email Failure Tasks—offering a full view of task activity across the app.
For users with full access but not ownership, you’ll still be able to see the In Process Tasks metric to stay updated on ongoing work.
