Workflow Persistance

Yoroflow’s latest enhancement brings the powerful Persistance Table feature, designed to enhance data management and reporting capabilities. This new functionality allows users to seamlessly store form fields and table fields in a dedicated table, ensuring that critical data is organized, easily accessible, and ready for in-depth analysis. Users can select their desired form fields and table fields to be stored on the persistance table. Additionally, users can generate reports using this persistance table. By saving form and table fields, businesses can improve their workflow efficiency, streamline reporting processes, and make data-driven decisions with confidence. 

Response time in Yorodesk’s SLA Policy

Yorodesk’s latest update introduces enhanced SLA management capabilities, allowing users to set First Response, Every Response, and Resolution Time with greater precision. Now, you can configure these critical metrics in either hours or minutes, ensuring more accurate and tailored service level agreements. An error notification will be shown if Every Response is greater than the Resolution Time. This improvement helps teams optimize response times, streamline support workflows, and meet customer expectations more effectively. 

Furthermore, during the final 15 and 10 minutes of an unresolved ticket, a notification email will be sent to both the assigned team member and the desk owners as a reminder. This notification email will contain the details like Task Name, Ticket Id, and SLA Type. 

Workflow Metrics

In Yoroproject, Digital Workplace, and YoroCRM, the latest event automation update empowers users to cancel multiple ongoing processes directly from the workflow metrics. Within the process automation metrics, users can now cancel several ongoing tasks with a single click from the In Process tab. Additionally, the Canceled Tasks section has been enhanced with new columns, including Canceled By and Canceled On, providing users with detailed information on who canceled the task and when. 

Email metrics

In Yoroproject, Digital Workplace, and YoroCRM, our latest enhancement to the email metrics in process automation now offers additional insights. By clicking the count in the Read column, users can access detailed information such as From Email, To Email, and Read On, which shows when the customer read the email. 

Similarly, clicking the count in the Total Sent column reveals extra details including Sent On, Task Triggered By, and the email’s Status. The Status column includes a filter to sort the list by Sent, Read, and Undelivered statuses. 

Project/Workflow Icon in application page

On the digital workplace’s application page, users can now distinguish between Project and Workflow applications even in the card view. Icons have been added next to each application name to improve clarity. Furthermore, a launch button has been introduced, enabling users who do not have modification access (excluding owners) to initiate workflows. Filters have also been added for both card and list views, enabling users to selectively view Project or Workflow applications.
