Discover Yoroflow’s Latest Innovations and Enhancements
Formula computation in Datatable
In Yoroflow’s Datatable, we’ve enhanced functionality by introducing a formula computation option. This new feature allows users to create columns for computing values across numbers, dates, date and time, and strings. Users can achieve their desired results by either mapping form fields or manually entering data into the formula. For numerical computations, users can select a column and apply formulas for addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division. For date and time calculations, options include adding, subtracting, finding the difference, or calculating duration. For string operations, users can merge text from selected columns.
Rich text editor in email task
In our workflow management system, the latest update introduces a rich text editor for email task workflows. This enhancement enables users to either create new templates or select from existing ones for their email tasks. Additionally, users can review the subject and content format of the selected email templates, which will be displayed below.
Default priority for SLA policy
In YoroDesk, we’ve introduced a new priority setting feature. When creating a new SLA policy, users can now set a Default Priority, initially set to Medium, which can be adjusted during creation or within the board. This priority can also be modified for both new and existing SLA policies.
Workflow/Process error notification mail
Yoroflow will display the number of error tasks on the workflow dashboard. In the latest update, if a workflow fails, an error notification email will be sent to all task owners, including details such as the task name and workflow name. Similarly, if a process fails during event automation, the task owners will receive an error notification email containing the task name and process name. This enhancement ensures that owners are immediately alerted to errors, improving overall efficiency.
