Explore Yoroflow’s New Features and Improvements

FileUpload upto 100MB

Yoroflow’s latest enhancement restricts file uploads to a maximum size of 100MB. If a user attempts to upload a file larger than 100MB, an error message will be displayed, and the file will not be saved. This limit applies to all file upload locations within Yoroflow. 

Export Selected Contacts

Our latest YoroCRM enhancement empowers users with greater control over contact management by allowing them to export only the selected contacts. This targeted export feature streamlines the process, enabling users to focus on specific contact lists that are most relevant to their needs, saving time and improving efficiency in managing customer relationships and marketing efforts. 

Error Task Routing

Error task routing is a valuable feature that streamlines error resolution by enabling users to quickly navigate to the exact process or task where an issue has occurred. Instead of manually searching through workflows, users can directly access the problematic area with just a few clicks. This feature not only saves time but also enhances accuracy in troubleshooting, allowing for faster identification and resolution of errors. As a result, it helps maintain smooth operations and boosts overall productivity. 

Aborted Tasks

In Yoroflow’s latest update, the event automation metrics in both Yoroproject and YoroCRM now enable users to cancel or abort ongoing tasks directly from the In-Process Task tab. These aborted tasks will then be automatically moved to the Canceled tab for better organization and tracking. This new functionality enhances task management by providing greater control and flexibility in handling active tasks. 

Computation Task in Workflow

The Compute Task UI in workflow controls has been significantly upgraded, simplifying how users manage and execute computations within their workflows. This update enhances the process, enabling users to easily input and calculate complex formulas with improved accuracy. Users can now select data types—Number, Date, Date & Time, or String—and choose from a variety of computation options tailored to each type. Data for computations can be mapped from previous tasks or entered manually, and the computed results can also be mapped to subsequent tasks as required. 

Single form application

A single form application allows users to design a unified form that spans an entire workflow, streamlining the process by eliminating the need for multiple forms. This feature offers the flexibility to customize form field access for each task, ensuring that only relevant fields are visible or editable based on the specific requirements of each step. This level of customization not only enhances user experience but also improves efficiency by tailoring the form’s functionality to meet the unique needs of the workflow. 

Workflow Dashboard Widget

In our latest update, we’ve renamed two dashboard widgets in Workflow Management: “Workflow Time Spent List” is now “Task Logged Hours,” and “Workflow Task List” is now “Task Time Spent.” The Task Time Spent widget now includes time calculation in seconds, displaying the total time in hours, minutes, and seconds. As before, these widgets can be exported. Also, seconds calculation has been added to completed tasks, providing more precise time tracking.
