• To access the calendar feature in your email, simply click on the calendar icon displayed on the screen. Two options will be presented: Create Meeting and Create Teams Meeting.  
  • Depending on your requirements, you can select either of these meeting options. 
  • To invite individual users or teams, include the meeting title, start date, end date, time zone, and the email body content. Once you have provided all the necessary information, simply click on the send button.
